B & Q currently have 15% off their garden buildings in their summer sale making their 16ft by 10ft workshop only £859 down from £1119. Most similar sheds cost around the £1000 mark (I know - I've been looking for a good shed deal for ages!) and this workshop also features 5 glass windows instead of the usual plastic ones and they all open unlike most other workshops where only 1 does and extra opening windows are an extra at cost.

Also Quidco are offering 6% so brings the price down to £807.46 if you go via. them...

Sorry - not sure how to add an image file as it's on the website as a flash file - not a JPG??

It's a good price - I bought a shed from a local timber merchants for around this price.

The thing is I've had roof leaks constantly, the rain working it's way in through the felt. Tried all ways to stop it, but the large area of the roof is prone to damage from wind too.

Hopefully this one is different.

Shove a sheet of polythene over the roof - then glue a couple of strips of carpet grippers to it,

Then turf it and put on raised wooden ends.

It will never need maintained again!

A sheet of polythene on the roof!! Hardly going to last once the wind picks up. Just get some felt tiles (like roof ones that are far more weather resistant).

could i get this through a normal front door? I have no back or side access to the garden.

anyone?

It's a pretty big structure, so I'd have thought it unlikely. Furthermore, you'd have to have a straight passage through to your back garden as well - even more unlikely with the usual smaller back door.

This is so large that in a terrace house back garden, it would look a bit odd surely:?

Or do you just want to hack off your neighbours?;-)

LOL i already have a 16x10 just wanted another. It's a strange flat with a run right through to the patio doors so that's ok as long as I could get it through the front door. Last time I had access through a neighbors garden who has side access but he has since built a garage. It's about 60ft by 35ft garden maybe it would look stupid. Wish I had originally got a bigger first shed really. Want to build a home studio you see.

has anyone got one of these yet? Who could I call about finding out if it would go through a standard door?
Also it says it has 5 windows but I can only count 3 on the picture, anyone got a better picture of one?

I'm assuming the picture is of a smaller version of the shed as if you look at the scale it seems smaller than it should be. I'm guessing it looks the same but with 5 of the side sections instead of 3.
