Is this comparable to the titan one in screwfix?

What do you mean by ‘ normal ‘ bits ?

This is an SDS drill which takes SDS drill bits available from anywhere that sells them ( Screwfix B&Q etc )

It is also supplied with an SDS chuck that takes standard bits which I think you may be referring to as normal bits.

Not as powerful as the screwfix one at 8 Joule vs the Aldi one at 5 Joule but in reality you wont notice the difference for around the house DIY’ and this one from Aldi is £15 less plus it has the additional chuck which can be used with standard ( non SDS ) Drill bits as well.

That on its own is worth anywhere between £5 - £15 depending on your preference.

Hope this helps.

+1, Sam just likes to make comments on subjects she knows nothing about. Usually it's pringles, band 20 or Chinese spyware.

That is smart
Does anyone know if this drill would be suitable for coring through a brick wall (approx. 100mm diameter core)?
Thanks.
