Really boring but I don’t think parents should be going g out buying these outfits ! The schools should say no as not all family’s can afford them no matter how cheap! It should be something you make at home no matter how small!

Great thank you
Thank you, my little boy says he does not want to dress up but will get him a costume so he has something just in case he changes his mind

I agree if I had the time I would really love to make something with my children, but with working full time and looking after 4 children that can get a little difficult and this seems an easy option lol
Wear once then landfill
Our school has asked for a £1 donation instead of dressing up. Donations will go to deprived schools around the world

Totally agree. If it was couple of times a year I wouldn't mind, but our school seems to have a 'dress up for such-and-such day' seemly every week.

This week it's dress up like a Rock Star (for Times Tables Rockstars). So of course we had to buy stuff for that, Book Week next week....it's never ending.
I know that World Book Day is effectively World Film Day but Spider-Man is pushing it.

I'm sure your local charity shop will gladly take it off you and it will get a new lease of life this way.

Wow that seems a bit much. I’ve been helping on the ptfa at ours the last year and our school luckily is very cautious about how many dress up days we do, however my daughter has a mog outfit in her stash she would love to wear, but the school have said they didn’t want to put pressure on parents to buy outfits for it...
I totally understand that, but as 1 of my children already has an outfit that fits and would love to wear it I would prefer an optional dress up, as I know of several boys in my sons class who wouldn’t want to do it :/ still this is a good price for a character dress up
