Hi Guys!
Just to let you know its worth checking your IKEA Family Card at their Kiosk before you make any payment at their checkouts, Got 3 coupons worth £35 off today when I was buying a wardrobe.
It's free to print at their Kiosk. Could be for selected members but like I said it's worth checking before you make any payments and might save you few tenners.
Good luck.

I've forgotten whatever details i used to get my card.
me too, been there a few times recently, never knew about it
Southampton at start of store as well...will defoh check next time.
Ikea seems to be turning into "Amazon with a showroom".
I wish I could find the paperwork for the old mattress, as it popped its clogs about a year short of the 25 year guarantee.
24 years old, it must be like a lumpy old sack! X)
That's definitely not the case in my local branch. In Gateshead, the Ikea Family section ( where both the scanners and Ikea Family orientated products are) is pretty much in the middle of the store by the Restaurant and toilets, you have to walk past it to get to the upstairs marketplace section and the back to the checkouts. There are some additional scanning screens after the checkouts but these I think are more for when they have the receipt scanning competitions, but I assume that every store is laid out a little differently.
same thing in Birmingham. there are 2 right at the entrance (on the right hand side), couple more in the showroom upstairs- can't be missed as there right next to the restaurant, and finally there are two or three after the checkouts.
Gah!
In My Offers section it shows you your available coupons and you can print off same as your temporary IKEA card
I hate it because if i nip in for one thing I come out with a trolley full of **** that I don't need and will never use.
That's the Ikea way. Sometimes you can short cut departments if you know your way round the store . But it's designed in a way to encourage you to browse and make impulse buys. Perhaps you should as a previous commentator suggests and start at the end.
how much does it cost to get the card ?
The card is free. Apply in store at a kiosk but it does take quite a while to arrive
googled it and filled my details on there website got given a digital card and the plastic ones coming in the post
lol you won't get any of the discounts as ur a new customer....you have to be with them for at least a year
Someone won £1000 or £5000 when we were in store once, it came over the tannoy system. I won an ice cream...
Business 101 my friend.
That's no way to speak about the guy's missus!
Yes, but i think we need to have a ikea receipt.
swipe.myikeafamily.com/Hom…try

Then it's good they signed up straight away isn't it?
