If you do a bit of DIY this is one of the most time saving tools you can get.
Good price.

Good price, but a bit under powered.Alright for cutting sheet material though

This price is great but unfortunately after buying a Works jigsaw which was reduced buy a similar amount i regreted my purchase because of an inablility to cut straight and tru (compared to my old bosch).

obviously i cant say that this circular saw would be just as bad, but i wouldn't purchase it after my previous works purchase.

Bought this when it was either £13 or £11 some while back. (Impulse buy)

Still in it's box unused.:)

Guarantee will expire soon, I expect.

Worx stuff is generally pretty good but wouldn't buy it if I can get a similar spec Bosch for the same money. Its better than the shop brands and generic stuff anyway (Draper etc).

Description says 160mm blade but image clearly shows 190mm. So can it fit up to 190 but supplied with 160?

this will be fine tool .... it WILL cut straight and clean with a decent blade installed . will make a beautiful cut on worktop ends , internal /external doors , anything wood based basically . just cramp a straight edge to the job and let the blade do the work .
just remember the blade is upcutting , so always have the work upside down so you wont ruin the faceside with chipout.

Like most Argos stuff if you read the small print it actually states -as it does on this deal too - the actual price it has recently been sold at -in this case it was £32.99. So in effect there is only £6 off (or 18%). Is that a hot deal?

I got one of those. The problem is that the blade doesn't stay in the slot of the lower support wheel and is then free to move horizontally. Result is that it cuts at an angle when viewed through the cross section. Will get around to looking at it one day.

checked online and all the argos in the hull area had just one remaining at one store after all this time, its mine been and got it today, bargain ;-)
