Li-ion are so good for someone who does odd jobs around the house every now and then as the battery holds its charge unlike the Ni-cad. But the battery just dies and needs a long charge usually right in middle of project!

Much better than a short life Ni-cad tho' as it's voltage drops almost linearly during use thus the power of the tool is diminishing almost from the off.
Great bargain for the home DIY' er

But there's 2 batteries anyway. Heat, OP, as decent torque too.
all stores on counter
Farnham has loads
will be going to homebase in the morning so I'll advise if any in my local store.
I have this one, a charger stop to work after month or so...
3 hour charge time is a bit long nowadays, this is all i can find on worx website, 3yr warranty too

I just picked up a 372.5 from Derby Chaddesden store but that was £49 and included a hard case instead of the carry bag. It was actually tucked away behind the newer brushless models, without a shelf label.

There aren't any left in this store or kingsway I'm afraid but worth checking each store because it seems they are selling lots of stock off.
£49 in culverhouse cross, Cardiff. only 1 left there. none in stock on Newport Road, Cardiff. I saw a list of stores on screen when o got someone to check stock levels and a lot of stores are showing to have 1 or 2 in stock in England and Wales

Checked in store and most stores now have no stock with a few stores showing lots of stock. Worth phoning and checking jog before making the journey.
so, 372.3 at £39 with 3H charger, 372.5 at £49 same but with 1h charger. Is the quick charger worth the £10 more??
I found the 166.4 at £39, I loved the size, very compact but I realized it comes only with one battery at 2 Amps instead of 1.3 and no hammer action if needed

ive been on a wild goose chase today. reserved one at culverhouse cross. got there and they brought out a a less powerful model. searched the shelves and checked the stock room and they couldn't find any but system was showing 2 in stock. was offered the 363 model at the same price but decided against it and went to screwfix and bought a bosch gsb 1800 18v 3ah for £89.99.
Got mine after a bit of a run around, 372.3 is £39.93 and the 372.5 is £49.93. I got the 372.5 as the charge is quicker and comes with hardcase. I couldn't see anymore at Wrexham store.

I also got 372.5 for £49.93 from Osterley store in West London because they didn't have 372.3 model.

Fair point, didn't think of it like that!

Nice one, I was on my way out the 2nd store thinking I'd been on another goose chase but spotted it on a clearance stock shelf. It wasn't with the current full priced ones. Maybe worth while other people checking different clearance parts of the stores. Absolute bargain for what you get, worx are top quality products
I'm pleased people have found these in other stores. Didn't think they would have massive stock, just half a dozen or so. I think there were just 3 I spotted in Tolgate although could've been more in stock.

Thanks for the post. I've been after a decent battery drill for a while

Is yours the 1h one? after what you said I got the suspicion you right, bought 2 and one charger despite the fact I believe it is charging, it is on the flashing green then steady green once charged, the other one correctly displays red then steady green.
Still green flashing today even at room temperature. On the one that I think works correctly, once charged, the green light comes on and stays on even after the battery is taken out (should switch off I think, it does on the other one and any other chargers I got at home of a different make). CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE CHARGER, ANYONE ELSE THAT THINGS THEY MIGHT BE FAULTY? Possibly wired both wrongly but how can I trust? I wait until Monday and call the manufacturer and lets see if will be the case to keep at least one or send both back.
I got the 372.5 with the 1h charger and behaves the same with all 4 batteries

yours must be crap then. mine takes 45 minutes to fully charge from near empty. Meanwhile, use the spare.
