Reduced from £89.99 to £50.99, then a further 15% off online using code NEC15. In-store price is supposedly £59.99 and £50.99 with 15% off this weekendaccording to Homebase promo magazine. However, you can also use the code with reserve and collect if you choose delivery first, then enter the code, then change back to collection. You then get the online price of £43.34 and are able to collect and not pay the delivery charge.

Even better! I did it before midnight, as I wasn't sure whether the price might be corrected, as the promo Homebase catalogue says it is £59.99 and £50.99 on 15% weekend. Not sure what it scans in at in-store.

sooooo wish it was the slightly larger one but... bought one anyway. damn you hukd and magga!

Cracking deal, the Aldi version I bough a while back cost me £50

Good bit of kit , great for floorboards. Another good bit of kit and a very good price is the Worx jawhorse workbench with tool tray @£63.74 http://www.homebase.co.uk/en/homebaseuk/worx-jawhorse-workbench-with-tool-tray-317328

Got one. Thanks OP.

I have absolutely no use for this but I still want one just so I can say I own one.

Brilliant piece of tool. Used it to make hatches into ceiling. Saved my arm

A man can't have too many power tools; ordered, thanks OP.

Or even a woman! Reserved one too. Thanx x

I know its a plunge saw, but Cutting depth up to 27mm is crap.

yep I got one yesterday using a 15% off voucher sent for my birthday; laid £43 odd & wasn't expecting the voucher to work as the magazine sent at the same time said bold prices include 15% discount, ie £59.99 - 15%= £43.33 ! Clearly marketing, online & stores not in sync, ibet someone will get their nuts chewed over this? Argos selling at full price (£89.99)! pity the fool who buys from there! ditto Scorpion saw from B&D on Homebase site (& store) @ £33 ish (Magazine says £40+) with Argos selling it @ £60 !

Oops! Bad equation alert! £59.99-15%= £50.99 then using 15% voucher again £43.33 but I'm sure you all knew that!

Well, that's relative. This is not meant as a replacement for your standard circular saw, it is a completely different product, perfect for cutting the tongues off floorboards to lift and replace them etc.

This is basically a mini circular saw but I can't see why you wouldn't go for a normal one as it is more versatile and you can pick on up for a similar price.

yes I agree won't even cut through an internal door unless you cut from both sides 34mm cordless one of these would be more use.

Ordered for click and collect along with the 20V drill, and got a call saying they didn't have either.

I'm getting this in addition to the circular saws I already have.

Different tools for different jobs; this can be used one-handed which is a big advantage for some tasks.

I use a circular saw one handed but each to their own ^.^

Thank you OP was looking for this at a good price, Just reserved one.

For some jobs you need two hands on a full size circular saw if you want a decent finish. One handed is fine for quick rips, but I guess each finish to their own oO
