A better question is how are Homebase still in business. The 2 near me a dingy holes with terrible pricing.

think this must be store specific as still at higher price near me.

These are still full price in the Aberdeen store.

They have been taken over by an Australian company and are selling off Homebase marked items and other lines that they won't be selling.

Just keep an eye out, they will definatly do the same deals shortly, its part of the bunnings takeover and they will no longer be stocking Worx and some other tools

you are spot on there

This deal has been put up a few times by a few lucky people. They were still full price in portsmouth at the beginning of the week must be store specific. There was lots of stock left.

As above. Do some research. Google really is very helpful.

In my experience, like for like they are cheaper than B&Q especially tools/hardware, lighting, storage boxes and gardening.

Still a few Worx items in the High Wycombe store, seems to be on the top shelves behind the main floor tool display so I guess not many people have seen them.

They also price matched the Jawhorse so I got that for £20 today and they had several still in store.

that Jaw horse is a right result for £20... when you say price match do you mean with the sale price from another store?

Yep, I just told them that I'd heard that another store was clearing them out for £20 and the sales person contacted the manager and they gave approval to discount it to match.

i got the worx WX737.2 brushless 20v hammer drill (2 x batteries) for £44 from the Hawick Homebase...Had to travel a fair bit because all local homebases selling them for £88.93 and some sites online still selling for £120... i went all that way as needed 2 for pressies . Hawick shop had all worx reduced to clear.

Wow i thought i got a deal at £40 for the jawhorse. Great bit of kit i must add been using it this week.

If your local has not done the next round of discounts yet just keep an eye on the stock.
the chap I spoke to says the area managers are going round and encouraging the discounts.

On Sun my nearest home base was still at the xx.x3 initial price discounts on all stuff , I dropped into another yesterday(after a Luton drop off) they did some of their final drops on Friday and still had some stock, worx & fatmax mainly.
The jawhorse were still something like £80 they had a pallet with at least 10, if I could get one for £20 that would be a result.

WX373.2 were £45 tempted but still thinking (they had 7 on the shelf) seems like a great price for a decent drill/driver.

SD slide driver was £15 so got one as my other small drivers are all dead/dying.

The fatman drill/drivers were £30

Will recheck my local today to see if they have any new prices if not it might be a trip.

has anyone seen the The WORX 8-in-1 Aerocart reduced anywhere? one of those would be really handy.
