Regretted not buying it last time as dont have a hedge

Still humming and hawing over whether I should just buy it for the batteries and have a mediocre tool I might never use
These are great!! I use this to trim grass at the allotment as well instead of my strimmer. I love it.
My old mains trimmer is well past its best, new blades are no longer available and sharpening them won't be 100% as the back edges are worn in places, also heavy at 3.6kg

Got this unboxed and built today(5mins) it's a slow charger I will probably end up using the fast one I have with my drill.
It was a 2020 built unit, batteries were 2019.

Nice weight at 2.4kg with 1.5Ah battery.
Will get tested tomorrow.

If just after batteries I think there have been better deals about might be worth waiting.
Got this at the weekend and I am really impressed.
When I opened up the box I was slightly disappointed to see how small the batteries are. Thought they wouldn't last 5 mins. Pleased to say they lasted far, far longer than I thought. I've loads of hedges and I hadn't trimmed them for ages. This cut through them no bother. It's nice and light too with good balance.
Some sort of battery indicator (indicating how much charge there is) would have been nice on the charger.
Used mine Friday, Sat, its not going to cut multiple branches at max capacity( 12mm+) but will do them If fed in sequence.
For lighter trimming it fine.

Done my front on a single battery and much lighter than my old one, there are modern mains in the same weight range but cordless is so convenient.

I have the 1.5Ah for my drill they are small but light so keep the carry weights down at the minor inconvenience of a swap for longer jobs.
