it has good reviews on the argos website, in theory it should do the job.

SDS will go through the per-stressed lintel above a window, however it uses SDS drill bits which are a bit more expensive than normal masonry drill bits

it comes with 4 sds drill bits and a sds chisel bit

Just note that the 810w is not sds. I got over excited and thought it was.

It will go through the concrete, I'm guessing its to drill for curtains or similar so no problem. If you are drilling all the way through (for some reason!) you may find it has steel reinforcing in the concrete lintel, which the drill will not go though.

What the hell size curtains are you putting up that would require you to drill all the way thru to the reinforcing rods?

Worth a punt. Usually stick to Makita, but with a 3 year warranty, can`t be too bad, could it?
