Eh, just looked and the price quoted is from the small single bed (as opposed to a normal single bed... unfortunately I couldn't find sizing in the description to tell the difference) and no drawers so it is accurate. The fact it says you're saving nearly £400 is insane though... and reviews are all over the place.

You sound like a bed24hrs salesman (lol)

yes but for a bed and a mattress that’s a very cheap price

So after changing the options, what was quoted to me as "from £79" quickly ended up being: Single bed: £119 Two drawers +£50 Postage +£29.99 Total: £198.99 No thanks.

Emma original available via Wowcher as well

Has anyone received an Emma essential mattress via this deal yet? I’ve ordered one, coming first week of June? I cancelled my Emma original order due to magnitude of saving. But a little worried now!

I've been looking into this deal for while and the whole thing is very bizarre. This is neither of the 2 mattresses found on their site and can only be found when specifically searched for and through sites like Wowcher. After contacting Emma to see their policy on returns through Wowcher, I was told that the price was likely discounted due to the fact that Wowcher were likely to be selling 'refurbished or rejuvenated mattresses'. When I asked support why this mattress was so difficult to find on their store page, I was told that the reason was because testing on the mattress had not yet finished. Another red flag is that on Emma's site, the price of a small double essential mattress comes to more than the Original, a higher model. This deal seems very fishy to me.

Trying to work out if this is the Emma original, great deal if so!

Pretty sure this is actually an Emma mattress. Why do you think it's not?

£4 for 50% off flowers @ iflorist via Wowcher

Wowcher have a deal at the moment, buy their discount code for £4.50 in total and get 50% off flower delivery’s with iflorist with the discount code. Free delivery.

Given it states "which means you can get yourself an astonishing bouquet" (bouquet - singular, not bouquets - plural) I'd read that as it's valid for a single purchase. The fine print does state "May buy multiples.", but that usually means you may buy as many vouchers as you like. So if you wanted to send two bouquets to the same address, or two bouquets to two different entirely different adddresses, you'd need to buy 2x£4 vouchers. Otherwise, you could buy, for example, 10x£50 bouquets for £250 by paying £4! Happy to be corrected though, and given the price of flowers nowadays, £4 for 50% off seems a very good deal. (y)

Is this 50% off per order or one order , I know it says multiple but is that to one address can you have say two bunches delivered to different addresses

And picture provided nothing to do with a flowers!

Hot for 50% off. Cold .. you have to pay £4 for it

Depends where you live I suppose. I never had a frost in the 10 years I lived in Torquay. Up in Herefordshire it has almost touched -20c

Thank you that's helpful to know

Bought two.

Stay away from these. Not only will you be VERY disappointed with what you get (they will look NOTHING like described), these WILL die over winter unless you give them an immense amount of protection, like hessian wrapped around, plus a generous helping of dried leaves within the fronds and other stuff - google it. If kept in a pot, take inside over winter like into a conservatory, though avoid any heated places as it won't like central heating. A porch would be good or a well insulated conservatory, but not a heated one (unless only lightly heated to keep the chill off). But seriously, avoid - I have a lot of experience with all sorts of palms and I've had a few of these and gave up on them as they will eventually die. Often Lidl will do 5ft-6ft ones for around £12 each so a much better deal than this offer which will be RUBBISH!! Or Homebase normally have decent ones for a decent price in a few weeks. You CAN keep them, even outside, BUT you absolutely MUST make sure they have plenty of protection. But be careful - I kept a couple for 3 or 4 years but I actually protected them too well and starved them of water so they died. That's one of the problems - I kept mine in pots so they needed loads of protection, but they don't like a lot of water, but do need some water, over winter. However, the more water they have the more chance of freezing the roots. As somebody else mentioned, you can get some really nice exotic palms from various places, BUT be careful what the sellers state as the reality is they always exaggerate the hardiness of palms. These Phoenix are often quoted to be hardy down to -5, -7 or even lower. IT IS NOT TRUE! They MAY tolerate -5 for one night, but as soon as you start to approach zero, they are in danger. And the same for other palms - I have bought many different species and paid a lot of money for them, but I have lost quite a few, almost all because of exaggerated claims of hardiness. I've learnt from my disasters, but it has told me that keeping palms is a costly and tricky hobby because you can do really well with them, and keep them for many years if you give them lots of attention and devotion, but as soon as a particularly severe winter comes along - they are most likely to die. Hope this helps people - DON'T BUY THESE!!

Sorry I am not knocking the deal, its just the use of the word new. putting a new cover over a second hand mattress, does not change the mattress, since that's the product they are selling. I have a similar mattress not this brand and the foam makes you sweat more than on a normal mattress. Now that sweat is definitely penetrating the top cover and I assume, so will any other type of fluid as the covers are not water proof.

This from today's Guardian: "Mike Scollick and Richard Allsopp are talking about the worst things they ever found in a mattress. “We had one where I think a dog had been lying on it, and the whole thing was just jumping with fleas,” Allsopp says, shuddering. No one would touch it, so they had to use a cherry picker to move it. But that’s not the worst of it, Scollick says: “I stripped the cover off one once and it looked like somebody …” “Died,” interjects Allsopp." Not specific to FUUM but general mattress recycling from 100 day free trial. Link:

If after100 nights there's no jism........... they're obviously full of wee.........said Morse to Lewis, knowingly

Because the outer covering is brand new and the memory foam inside doesn’t lose its spring after less than 30 days. So it is more of a refurbished item than a used one.

When did people start using the term Renewed instead of secondhand/used ?? (confused) There have been quite few secondhand mattress deals on here recently. Wouldn't it be greener, if they sold them at reasonable prices, rather than charge huge margins, so they can afford to dump 3 for every one they sell! (annoyed)

£69 is for 20 days, £99 for 28 days +postage For a family cooking in bulk rather then individual is more cost effective so times 4 people isn't that good value. I am dieting post christmas until my holiday in April so the meals are actually good for me.

You can order for the whole family and save on the delivery too. But you wouldn't do that for you family, because it looks like a punishment to me. £105 while the deal price is listed as £69, doesn't make it a big deal also.

Can't see why its a cold deal? unless its the auto renewal? Around £105 for 28 days of meals all planned out is great for a single person. I would order if I wasn't a family man

This is essentially what RAC did to my wife last year, they also failed to instruct the cheap garage properly so she ended up waiting almost 10 hours overnight. Being with a big company is no protection against incompetence.

The pricing alone goes to highlight the type of company you're dealing with in this offer. An effective price of £45 for the standard service, yet low and behold you can get the so called, even better, higher qulaity premium service for £21 less. If it's too good to be true.............

"Pretty good reviews on Trustpilot" Most probably the biggest review site that any purchaser should be wary of and ignore. Proven to post fake reviews or accept reviews from the companies promoting themselves regularly. The better the reviews on Trustpilot should make any purchaser think again.

I wish I was, I should have clarified my comment properly, I was talking about the Corsa comment for my old car (it's not Corsa btw) that hasn't had a break down for nearly 6 years & ford is my work vehicle which did broke down.
