No for many reasons, including these are disc brake only

EDIT: Out of interest I've just held them up to my Specialized Hard Rock Sport Disc 26" 2011, which I converted to 1x10. So the wheels currently have a similar 11-36 10 speed cassette on and 160mm rotors. For me, it wouldn't clear the fork or the rear frame.

About the worst bike physically possible. You know what they say though, if you don't have anything good to say...
Paid £64.99 a couple of weeks back with a code. Unfortunately the tyres were too wide for my CX bike, but I've used the wheelset (19mm, I think) and put my 40c tyres on there with my existing cassette and discs.

I then put my spare 28c road slicks on my original wheelset (17mm, I think), bought a new SRAM cassette and a pair of lifeline discs.

Can now go for road use/turbo trainer or off-road at the change of a wheel, for about £100 all in.

Was able to sell the tyres on eBay for £35 though you could probably get more given they're retailing at $70 each. From the weight (approx 870g) I believe they are the 'TCS Tough/Fast Rolling' type but there's no markings on the tyres to confirm.

Oh and a £90 Tesco BSO? There's much more value to be had in a second hand bike.

Are you the new loughboro.guy?
will these wheels fit a cyclocross bike? Not too fussed about the tyres, just the rims.
Would be nice to put my road slicks on existing and be able to swap out to these with cx tyres.

Just for reference the hub widths are 100/135.

I was actually looking for a set myself when found them, very unusual for for a decent deal to be something I am actually trying to find! Was on the brink of buying the generic rims on quando hubs from ebay at about £50 per wheel, without tyres. I love it when a plan comes together!
What a steal! WTB wheels are great too. Pity they are 29 won't fit my rig.

I'd have thought generally no. Fat tyres and larger wheels probably wouldn't work on a 26 inch frame.

Not sure how thin a tyre you can go with these rims? And if that would allow clearance.

Any 27'5 inch?
Heat. Bought the last time they where on here at £69 and that was a deal. Yes there is better but not at that price. Easy to fit just need a new pair of discs and a cassette, straight swap on my cube giving me the new set for longer comfortable rides and old set for harsher jobs. Anyone who needs to ask if the will fit anything other then a 29er really needs to take their bike to a shop and get them to do the work. Either that or just read up on some basic info readily available online. To all the others just trolling on a hot deals post needs to get out more.

Yep, 6 bolt mount.

Should add that they also come with 2 x quick release skewers and (perhaps a little more obviously) inner tubes.

My only complaint (if at all possible) was that although Yodel delivered them in a large box, when I tried to send the tyres in the same box, Yodel's online service would not accept a box of that size. Bizarre.
Would these be any better than the wheels that come standard on a 2018 bizango cheers.

Years ago I had to post a side rail for a bed to a customer.
All the parcels companies refused to take a 1.8m long parcel. But they would accept any box with no dimension more than 1.5m. I seriously considered building a 1.5x1.5x1.5m box which would've easily fitted the part.

Most probably, but by modern standards they are quite narrow for wide MTB tyres. If you look up the specs WTB have these down as Hybrid/CX/Gravel rims, i.e. for 30-50mm tyres or thereabouts.

Might have been a volume problem? I used to run a distribution centre, and the carriers charged by weight. Can't remember the exact formula, but large boxes with very low weight would take up a lot of room for very little money, so they would either charge us a volume premium, or refuse to carry the item altogether, (which is why I find Amazon's packing very weird!). This might explain why they took the box with a heavier load, but not with the tyres? Either that or more likely that Chain Reaction give them so much work they are prepared to turn a blind eye?

Hello..there was a question on bike radar regards the freehub and whether it accepted road cassettes or mountain bike cassettes, which did you fit to yours..?..Thanks

....yet here they are with 2.25" tyres, I have a feeling most of these tyres will end up on other rims, or on eBay.

Yes, we can make general guesses, but these things really do have to be judged on a bike by bike basis, in the flesh. Sometimes clearances just work where you'd least expect them, and others are surprisingly snug.

Mountain bike cassette as it’s a CX bike with an SRAM 1 x 10 drivetrain. There is precious little info online about mountain bike cassette/speed compatibility, but if I’m right, the same freehub will take an 8/9/10/11 MTB cassette without any further spacers, and it’s just that the spacing between gears is smaller and hence necessitates a different chain for each speed type. For what it’s worth, I was able to go from 3 x 8 to 1 x 10 on my Specialized wheels without any spacers.

Road bikes seem to need spacers depending on the combination but there’s plenty of info on that on Sheldon Brown’s site.
