fantastic game! voted hot

Just in case anyone doesnt know where to look, this is NOT ]360 compatible.

This was one of those gems that snuck in without any hype and turned out to be a marvelous game. Shame its not 360 compatible, although there are titles that werent compatible at release that now are - so may happen sometime.

Very nice lil' game. Gamestation sell at £4.99 but then charge a quid delivery, so pretty much the same price if you're already ordering or passing one of the stores (maybe trading in?).
Just another option & heated the OP....

If you ONLY have a 360, you have no choice but to wait......

Sierra Entertainment has announced The Chronicles of Riddick for both the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3, aiming for a release date "later in 2007." The game will feature a "reinvention" of Escape from Butcher Bay, as well as a new chapter titled "Dark Athena" and multiplayer. Starbreeze, developers of the original game, are working on this high definition and "stunningly" enhanced next-gen version of the last-gen darling.

"Dark Athena" refers to the "ominous Merc-ship" of the same name, which "sits silent like a marauding spider, awaiting helpless prey in the dark reaches of the galaxy." A Captain Revas commands the Dark Athena, sending her "slaves-turned-controllable combat drones" against the player. In just about any other series, that would sound a bit over-the-top, but Chronicles managed to make the so-cool-it's-silly-but-so-silly-it-blasts-right-back-to-cool style work, so we have faith.

This in HD? Yes please.
At worst, this will be a high-definition, multiplayer version of one of our favorite Xbox games. But with Starbreeze still at the helm (and working in association with Vin Diesel's Tigon Studios), we're not too worried about worst-case scenarios.

Hi nelson, welcome to HUKD. I've added the price and retailer name into the thread title

Excellent game, but as has been mentioned, there is a graphically enhanced version on the way, but still, five quid, seems like a steal

Good deal for those who still use the old Xbox (me included).
