X-Men: Born into a world filled with prejudice are children who possess extraordinary and dangerous powers-the result of unique genetic mutations. Cyclops unleashes bolts of energy from his eyes. Storm can manipulate the weather at will. Rouge absorbs the life force of anyone she touches. But under the tutelage of Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart), these and other outcasts learn to harness their powers for the good of mankind. Now they must protect those who fear them as the nefarious Magneto (Ian Mckellen), who believes humans and mutants can never co-exist, unveils his sinister plan for the future!

X2:The time has come for those who are different to stand united...

The X-Men have to band together to find a mutant assassin who has made an attempt on the President's life, while the Mutant Academy at Westchester is attacked by military forces prompting some uncomfortable home truths for Wolverine...

X-Men 3:Take a stand... When a pharmaceutical company publicises a 'cure' to suppress mutations, lines are drawn amongst the X-Men, led by Professor Charles Xavier (Stewart), and the Brotherhood, a band of powerful mutants organized under Xavier's former ally, Magneto (McKellen)...

X-Men: Origins - Wolverine: Leading up to the events in the X-Men film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine tells the story of Wolverine's (Hugh Jackman) epically violent past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the ominous Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.

Wow super hot shame i already got this box set heat added

Are there more x-men origins films coming?

Yes, First Class, which kinda devalues this set a teeny bit if you're bothered about having a set plus a separate film.

There's quite a few planned. One on Xavier, another Wolverine one and one on Gambit. They're the planned ones, might be more aside from those.

huh i always thought the quadrilogy was only 4 discs. thats why i bought the 6 disc trilogy and then origins triple play.

im not fussed on getting the full set, the rest i will buy seperate. after all these films are all origin films so arent really part of the original trilogy.

Also, there's a Deadpool film coming out but I don't think that will be in the same universe as X-Men Origins: Wolverine. They said that they want Deadpool to be the same as he was in the comics, i.e. breaking the 4th wall, etc.

But I think Ryan Reynolds will be playing him again

Nice deal but i dont like box sets when theres more films coming out

Get Sunshine now, Chris Evans is excellent in that. He's also the best thing in The Losers by a country mile. Don't know if he's my pick for Cap'n Steve, but he is a very good charismatic actor.

I guess I'm one of those nerds, and multiple characters being played by a single actor doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me when an artist draws a different style/character - it's whether I enjoy the end product that matters.

Hot on this deal, but I'm on a blu-ray diet at the moment and two of these films are **** anyway, well worth it for X1 and 2 though.
