Good value.

My X Rocker 1 is on it's way out so this is an ideal replacement for less than what I paid for my original chair. Have reserved the last one at my local Argos. Thanks for sharing and heat added.

are these any good ?

Can't find any local stores with stock in - they're all 'order in to store' jobbies.

Sure my son would love this thanks

i can never game properly in that position, have to be sat forward, hunched over and legs apart

And then you get 'last lap jitters' where you've been flawless for the entire race and know you've got another three minutes of dry eyed staring before the luxury of a blink and even thinking about that makes you go off the track and watch 7 idiots sail past your screaming wreckage and the sickness of know you're going to have to do it all again.

My back hurts when sitting in these types of chairs

Ordered. Pick up on Tuesday. Cheers big ears.

Argos maths is awesome.
Chair cost £115. Now cost £50. Save..... Argos says £55?
Great deal. Would love one of these but unfortunate for me, I have a girlfriend

is the order now for in store collection any better than it used to be - last time i did that they didnt have it and it was an utter waste of my time!

I must be living in the past thinking these things are pointless and that a good sofa is the perfect "gaming chair".

had a steel rod appear from the side of my boys xrocker chair, try contacting them it would be easier to speak to the pope in person..........cold cold cold cold

All the more reason to buy from Argos, just walk in and demand a refund :-)

I'm after one of these purely for the back bit, back isn't what is was as a kid so sitting on a bed for example playing video games gives a right crappy back pain...anyways....would one of these work ok on a matress etc?

Would love one but would be considered a computer addict and would lose girlfriend

had a xrocker before. never got on with it tbh. just too big. not useful for anything else as its too low, and just takes up space. ended up putting it on freecycle to get rid. now i just use my desk chair, reclined and with a headset.

I'm guessing the sound system sucks for £50? Isn't this chair too low anyway? How many people play on the floor tilting their head up? Seems quite uncomfortable to me

You need to trade your Girlfriend in for a more modern computer playing one then.

Or just introduce her to this type of thing and turn her into a computer game addict too

The TV is up on a stand or on a table. You are sat way down on the floor like a pleb. I don't get the appeal of this.

if only i had a space in my tiny flat

Better off with a desk chair imo, most of the time I end up leaning forward on my gamer chair after about twenty minutes anyway.

Is that why I can't shoot straight?

Reviews are by 12 yr olds. Probably not suitable for me.

LOL!

2 x AAA batteries to power it? Must have one heck of a powerful amp!

Batteries for the wireless audio sender, seat connects to mains.

Nice find wish i had somewhere to put it.

Recommend these chairs as they are brilliant quality. I used mine last summer, sat on the decking in the sun. Really chilled out reclined position with the tunes blaring - it's not just a gaming chair!
However, when gaming, I never have it plugged in as the sound from the speakers on the chair can be heard through my headset microphone.
Also, there are tonnes of these on ebay and you can get a decent quality chair for £20.
