Nice little chair, wireless/bluetooth plus USB ports on the chair so no more getting controller rage trying to find a charger halfway through a game.

I'm not into gaming chairs in any way but why are you throwing it away?

There's a wooden piece of the frame that's placed directly underneath your thigh which the very thin padding doesn't cover well so it hurts as soon as you sit down on it. The stitching also started to come apart after a few weeks (with virtually no one sitting on the chair - just to add, I'm only 12 stones). Lastly, the sound quality was pretty awful so it made no sense to use the chair's speakers.

Eventually the chair became a clothes hanger in my room as people chose to sit on a wooden stool rather then the chair so I decided to chuck it away as it took up so much room. It's sat disassembled in my kitchen for a few weeks and will be gone next week.

In its place I bought a office chair from Ikea and its proven to be a much better investment.

£20 in B&M! Children are using it for playstation without problem, although top corner at back has large staples in it which are already coming away. There were 2 other models for sale, but they were more expensive, I think one was called Hyper

Wouldn't it be a great idea to put USB ports on video game consoles & on PCs.

I may suggest that to the manufacturers.

So long as its not that faux wooden wood......
Weight 136 kg , WOW !
I've had an X Rocker (not this one) and I'll echo the comfort concerns on here...
Very thin foam covers wooden wood beams that are extremely uncomfortable once the foam flattens (less than a week).

Wooden wood? That's the worst kind!
I use an ikea poang chair. So comfy with a nice footstool. I won't play games on PC with a keyboard and mouse. I have a ps4 pro so that's the controller for games. I use a wireless 360 controller. A games PC is just a souped up console. So for the ideal gaming chair try the poang.

Quote of the year right here... HUKD Hall of Fame!
you must be absolutely off your rocker to buy one of these chairs
We purchased 2 X-Rocker chairs a year or so ago (not this exact model) - as replacements for the poangs from Ikea due to the arms of the Poangs getting in the way.

They both suffered from the poor quality padding issue (1 worse than the other) over the Wooden wood part which made sitting in them very uncomfortable - luckily we'd got them from Argos and they were under a year old so took the worst one back - didn't do that particular model any more but did have a Rev 2 version (argos.co.uk/pro…618 - yes i realise quite a bit different in price - lol) with a couple of extra features, so swapped it out (paid difference) for that one.

Much better padding and as yet, not suffering from the Wooden Wood incident either. Both models do have removable arm rests, so we have them currently with arms up out of the way just need to insert another bolt to lock them when wanting them down.

Worth the price - not really. I'd say they are over priced - a pain to actually get power to without having extensions leads all over the place, or ideally place wall sockets in reach, so as yet not actually used the audio features. We are looking at something else to replace them, Son complains not very confortable

Overall - good be improved with better padding on seat area.
