Thanks reserved 3

Thanks, last question, anyone think this can work on the PC? The Q&A on Argos says it won't but I can't see why it wouldn't. I have teh wireless setup at the minute and don't want to have to keep buying batteries for the controller, so a wired setup would be better.

The cord has nothing to do with sending or receiving data but will charge off any usb 2 port on pc or xbox, you can use a 360 wireless controller on the PC with a controller adapter,( like this which sounds like you have) otherwise you need a wired 360 controller.

Yeah I have the full 360 PC kit just wanted the rechargable option so sounds good for me, thanks! Didn't want to spend £12.

Anybody know where I can get a cheap wireless xbox 360 controller?

I dont understand the point in these. Just buy some rechargeable batteries.

You know it's just a battery, right?

Good find my play and charge broke last night and I couldn't find the original back so couldn't put batteries in. Ordered 2 for collection...

These play and charge kits are garbage just get some rechargeable batteries from duracell or energizer and you'll never have to plug the controller into the console which it a big plus

I know what you mean ,
I have to official Microsoft one and through their life they seem to just need charging more and more, when I first got mine it lasted like 6 days with a full charge now I am charging mine every other day.

great price but if it so cheap why?
Imo I would not put this in my Xbox.

I can't be bothered charging batteries, ordinary batteries are cheap enough, bought 30 Duracell procell aa alkaline for less than £8 on eBay last week, and they'll last me 3-4 months.

Just got one. The build quality is ok and works fine. I was a bit disappointed it's only 900Ma as there are more powerful ones on eBay for the same money. But easily taken back if any problems.
