Community Updates
Its a shame. Its best star wars game EA has released (also an amazing vr). But because you don't get to be run around mindless swinging a lightsaber, people were not interested.

Just to confuse us!
Isn't it more like a flight sim? Just didn't appeal to me after trying it. Once I got to flight levels of Battlefront, I quit that too.
I guess it would only appeal to those who like flight sims....which isn't a huge part of the games market.
It was nothing but the flying sections from the dire BF games, but sold as a standalone, and even adding vr support could not sell this trash, EA last cash grab from the SW licence.
Its not a flight-sim because its very very simple. The problem with Dice BF space was the default controls were difficult to get used to (the alternative control schemes were far easier to master).
Agreed it's not a flight sim but didn't know how to describe it. I suppose they're arcade flight shooters, either way they aren't my cup of tea....(although i loved Afterburner in the arcade as a kid), much prefer driving or shooters (like Forza/ Mafia/ Borderlands/ Outriders).
