Black console. Huge 120Gb hard drive. Black wireless controller. Black headset. Internet connectivity cable. Standard plus Component HD TV cable. HDMI HD TV cable. Xbox LIVE silver plus 1 month trial of Xbox LIVE gold.

NEW CUSTOMER code can be guaranteed if you phone your order through (but you obviously won't get Quidco) - don't rely on using the code online as I know people have had this removed and charged the full price (but £179 is still cheap).

Either way, seems a good price to me.

same deal i have posted an hour ago with littlewoods direct, as additions direct is sister company to littlewoods

Yeah this should just be merged with Littlewoods.

Original Poster

Why should the 2 be merged? you can use BOTH offers. If you've already had a new customer discount with Littlewoods, then you can STILL use the Additions Direct site.

Agreed, this should be unexpired

already been posted

It should not be expired. Currys, PC World and Dixons are sister companies but seperate deals are posted for those.....and I'm sure some people may have codes for Additions Direct (which presumably cannot be used with Littlewoods Direct)

Thanks for unexpiring Mods

just open up a quidco session to additions direct now, then raise a missing earnings enquiry in a few weeks

you've bought the item, so it should work out ok :whistling:

hm i may take my "faulty" back to argos!

Could buy this from littlewoods, additions and marshall ward.... keep going and there will be a 360 in every UK homes toilet

Voted hot! As I did for the original Littlewoods post and then ordered from Marshall Ward.

 thanks ive ordered this earlier cracking deal

This is the same as the Littlewoods Direct deal for existing customers as well. A £30 off voucher was posted earlier today which seemed to work fine for me.
Forgot to mention the Elites loks like they're coming down in price, Game have reduced it to £199 and there was another deal posted earlier for the elite at £179 I'm sure.

Top deal but like teh above post there price is tumbling, Argos have it for £189.99

all new customers receive a discount code for £30 off a £60 spend. to make sure you actually receive the discount, phone your order in and quote the code, the customer service rep will confirm whether it has been accepted or not.

some people who just try to use the code anyway have seen the £30 discount reapplied to their bill at a later date

Used the same principle here to get my daughter a nintendo DS lite for £65 quid including quidco ....nice

quite a hot deal!

Different companys under the same banner? Tough decision...

huh how can they go back on a promotional code ? surely that is against the law ? if it says £149 on checkout how can they possibly charge more ?

All the companies in this group include a clause in their Ts and Cs whereby if use a code that you were entitled to use then they will charge you this extra amount later. Don't know if this is legal, but it is in their Ts and Cs which you have to sign up to when you buy from them.

This is from their T&C's

Additions T&C's

2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits … 2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-(i) you are entitled to use the code;(ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;(iii) you agree to the terms set out below. If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit obtained may be charged to your credit account.

because they check if the code is valid for your use over the phone. Its beyond me why the online order system can't do the same check

so anyone phoned in and confirmed the voucher ?

Can everyone update when they arrive with Lot Numbers please and when you ordered if poss

Thanks.

Anybody received one of these at all yet? Those ordering via the Littlewoods route seem to be getting them already.

Mine was delivered to my folks address earlier.

none of the codes work not even the £10 off one I rang to order and quoted the code and it's not valid.

FYI: Mine is out for delivery.... No phone calls etc yet

Ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Monday.
The lot number on mine is 0839X. Manafactured date 21/9/2008.

It's the back where it says the voltage is how to tell if it's a falcon or jasper
if it's not 12.1a then it's a falcon probably 14.2a

Anyone else recieved a mysterious phone call from LIttlewoods? They called up a minute ago, wasn't sure who they were till I googled. They're going to call back later
