sorted byHad exactly the same problem and was getting very frustrated as I have used the VPN method loads of times before but never buying Argentina 🇦🇷 code…
Some ppl on hotukdeals said it can’t be done with ARG codes, others have said it’s not a problem.
So you can imagine how annoyed I was trying to make it work which I finally did!:)
Using UrbanVPN from laptop did not work even though my IP location was showing as Argentina…was getting same message as you…
Then someone suggested running VPN of the phone, changing location on Xbox to Argentina and connecting to hotspot on phone running UrbanVPN set to Argentina.
But no, nothing - error message from Xbox.
So last thing I have tried is to just redeem it of my phone with VPN on and going to:
redeem.Microsoft.com
Boom!

Try it off the phone with UrbanVPN - just don’t forget to cancel trial as you will be billed next month;) (edited)
I tried Tunnelbear from other comments here saying it worked but it said I had run out of data within seconds of starting it and directed me to paid plans, even though I didn't have any other pages open, if I didn't see all the comments raving about it I'd swear it was a scam extension.
Is there anything else I can use that is free?
Odd that Urban VPN has suddenly stopped working...
For reference I played 2077 on release day and thoroughly enjoyed that

It's a simple enough Lego puzzle game well worth this asking price
At least Lego Worlds was vaguely playable. This goes down as the worst game I've ever actually paid for.
Brass neck they try to sell this for £15+ on official stores.
