60gb hard drive, wired headset, 3 months xbox live and ethernet cable.
Got it from the Bristol Broadmead store, big signs by entrance and on shelves (also had the 20gb for I think £29.99), assume it's nationwide if you've still got one nearby.

Where are the stores located?

Hot if there is stock elsewhere....

Does this come with any kind of transfer cable to transfer over the contents of a 20gb?

There's a store in Liverpool, but if you're after anything other than CDs and overpriced DVDs then I would HIGHLY recommend steering clear!

Not a single game related item left in the whole store!

there are only 6!

Head Entertainment currently operates six stores in the United Kingdom, situated in Bristol Broadmead, Cardiff, Dundee, Leeds, Liverpool One, and Merry Hill. They are all former Zavvi outlets.

There's a store in Meadowhall too.

Not a bad price at all, shame there aren't any stores near me. My 20GB has got to the point where it can barely hold any demos with all the DLC on there.

I dont see how this will work for you lot that are just buying this as when you apply for the transfer cable (free from M$) you have to put serial numbers in for your current and updated console, I bought an Elite after buying my release Premium so they sent it.

I fail to see how this is investable without losing everything.. or buying a transfer cable on the net.

Yer good price especially for getting 3 months of live too!

Good price actually. Live itself is like 6 pounds a month. Though i find prepaid cards are far more useful.

You can call microsoft help line and they will send you a transfer kit...

They normally want the serial number of your xbox and the new hard drive (so I have heard anyway)

Its actually 4.99 a moth and if you buy 12 month up front its (£34.99) £2.92 a month or get it on the cheap from ebay for £28 (with usually a 1 month free) £2.33 a month which i consider to be excellent value, unlike the price of these HDD! still good price for it.

is there a store in glasgow

I copied all my game saves to a memory card and then just switched HDDs. Saves are usually pretty small, I think I only had to do that maybe 3 times. The problem comes when you have a load of Rock Band tracks saved for use with RB2 but you've sold your original disc...

Sorry to butt in, but does anyone know a good deal at the mo for the xbox 360 wireless dongle?

TIA

Cardiff Store has now closed. So our next nearest store is Bristol. Gutted.
