Xbox Live Games With Gold For December (Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition )
For the month of December, Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games – two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360 – as part of the Games with Gold program. You can play both Xbox 360 titles on your Xbox One with Backward Compatibility.
On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide ($39.99 ERP) for free during the month of December. Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition ($19.99 ERP) will be available as a free download from December 16th to January 15th.
On Xbox 360, starting December 1st, Child of Eden ($29.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through December 15th. Then on December 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Marlow Briggs and the Mask of the Death ($14.99 ERP) for free through December 31st.

Log on to your Microsoft account and select the purchase of Back to the Fture, there should be an option to refund. If not just go on live chat they will sort you out.

Can't say the other 3 games sound particularly appealing to me. I found Child of Eden to be really boring, not interested in Telltale games, and if I remember correctly Marlow Briggs was really badly received. Doesn't look to be my type of game either way though.

Give them a ring mate if you haven’t played it in the first 14 days they’ll usually refund you

I've noticed Games with Gold is a bit worse after Game Pass launch. Though they said Game Pass won't affect on Games with Gold. Which now is not true.
