Cheers for that. On the phone atm and it didn’t show when I searched. I guess one listing is for the keys sourced from grey market and ones legit ones.

Shopto is still a tad cheaper and we both know the keys they sell are direct from Microsoft

Does this work with uk accounts ok ? What’s the catch as it costs 49.99 on Xbox official

I've already got a 12 month xbox live gold membership on my account now and it was a brazil code that i needed to use a vpn to redeem, can i get another couple of years worth of brazil membership and then use a gamepass ultimate offer like the 2 months for £1 on the dashboard to get ultimate for 3 years or will i have to add uk gold membership codes from now on? i think i seen somewhere a month or so ago that I can't redeem another brazil code on the same account once i've already used one but I have no idea if this is right or not? Is the trick to add ultimate membership on top of your existing gold membership still a thing so I'm best off maxing out my gold first before getting ultimate?

I've never used a Brazilian code mate, so I'm not really familiar with the restrictions.

I will say though that VPN redemption is against Microsofts T&C. Many people are suspended from Microsoft Rewards, etc for using a VPN method, so they know its happening and are taking action. I'm not sure I'd risk it repeatedly for the sake of £6 a year.

To answer the rest of your question, tough - definitely max out Live at 36 months for the maximum conversion to Ultimate

ok, i'll make sure to use uk codes then from now on, didn't even know it was against terms since the games and dlc and stuff is region free isn't it?

Yeah. Obtaining via region swap without VPN is a bit of a grey area, but VPN is a no no.

Even at this price, which is the lowest available, its £113.55 for three years Ultimate, it's a no brainer

Seems to be cheapest about so heat added.
The £1 for ultimate thing, is that a definite offer for everyone? Was going to get this for my son but would like to know I can definitely upgrade to ultimate pass if I do get it.
Thanks for any info

Converting your existing gold/game pass subs to Ultimate isn't a trick, it's just how it works. When you sign up to Ultimate any time remaining on your gold and/or game pass subs are added on to your Ultimate subscription.

But yeah, gold is cheaper than Ultimate so stack up to 3 years before converting to Ultimate. I'm pretty sure you can still get your first two months of Ultimate for £2.

It's £1 for the first month for new Ultimate members.

Any time remaining on existing Gold/Game Pass subscriptions will be converted to Ultimate (so best to stack up on gold sub before converting).
Thank you. I did it once before but only had a couple of months of gold left, so I'm stuffed aren't I? If I add gold now I assume I can't add ultimate cheaply?

Can anyone answer this? I've accidentally bought EU credit and couldn't use it, can this EU code be used in the UK without any region switching?

I'd like to know this too... I took the free 1 month ultimate... So I won't be able to convert any more gold either?
Just bought it but it only converts to 4 months of ultimate not 12 months

I know the max is 3 years but I only just got up 2 1/2 years

The full ratio conversion (1:1) to Ultimate is only applicable before you've converted to a Ultimate subscription, which is why the idea is to max out your XBLG at 36 months. If you already have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the subscriptions convert at a much lower rate...

Xbox Live Gold

  • 1 month = 20 days of Ultimate
  • 3 months = 50 days of Ultimate
  • 6 months = 79 days of Ultimate
  • 12 months = 4 months of Ultimate
  • 24 months = 8 months of Ultimate
Game Pass codes (Xbox)

  • 1 month = 20 days of Ultimate
  • 3 months = 2 months of Ultimate
  • 6 months = 4 months of Ultimate
  • 12 months = 5 months of Ultimate
  • 24 months = 10 months of Ultimate

I had a similar concern but can confirm it works 100%
Andymack11210/10/2019 21:01

So how do you activate it?

You will recieve an email sent and you can also go into 'Digital Items' on shopto within your account, click on view details and you also have it listed here. On xbox you redeem a code as normal, it recognises it and applies it to your xbox account. I did this on my PC.
