Xbox One & 360 £35 credit for £30 @ Amazon

Found 23rd Nov 2015
Went to buy some Xbox credit and noticed small saving of £5 on Amazon,

£35 worth of Xbox Live credit for £30.

First deal I've posted and not the biggest, not sure if this was posted previously or if there's a better deal.

It's an instant code sent to your email address and also Amazon account instantaneously.

Comes as two codes, 1 x £30 code and 1x £5 code. Great for the Black Friday Xbox Live deals going on right now.

Thanks for the heads up OP - great way to use the extra £7 credit earned when I bought myself a giftcard last week!
May be a good deal to some, but games on xbox store are way overpriced in the uk, probably good if your using the foreign xbox store though?
You can't use £ credit on foreign stores
get credit from g2a and cdkeys instead even cheaper then. I got £5 vouchers the other week for £2.60 so 50% off technically. not as safe as amazon but ive never had any issues.
Great deal. As always, there might have been better previously, but right now, this is the best.
i actually think this works out better than the last few times ive used cdkeys, thanks OP.

I can tell you.

1. Ignorance, most people don't know about region changing.

2. It's such a kerfuffle, it's clearly a work around to the intended system and not something you should necessarily be doing.

3. Shuffling and maintaining gift cards/credit over many different stores can be a hassle.

4. There will always be occasions when a product could be banned in one country but not another. e.g. for many years all Wolfenstein games were banned in Germany because of Nazi imagery. Another example why region switching is not working as intended.

5. The big one. It's clearly avoiding paying tax and duty in your local country. All it would take is HMRC to have a quiet word to MS and they would close this loophole. Your foreign purchased content will evaporate into thin air and what would you do then? wccftech.com/mic…ed/

^^ Well said, some people don't want to do that. There's always an easier and cheaper method but that doesn't make it the safest or convenient for them. Example would be a Mum buying for her son as a Christmas gift, be weird if she just goes "let me just change your console to US and buy you the game, change this back. There you go, Happy Christmas."
Used last night. Thanks OP saved me £5 on Black Ops 3 season pass

how do you get them cheep?
why was my comment flagged for moderation lmao I simply asked a question! this doesn't brake any rules on hotdeals or if it did please explain
and in a court you would hold no ground as the word cheep isn't
Very nice, and a perfect complement to Amazon's own promotion for a £7 promo code when you buy a £30 Amazon gift voucher: amazon.co.uk/b?n…031

does amazon always ask you to put in credit card details as verification for gift cards? I have never had to do this for anything else and I am a bit suspicious of re entering my details. thanks in advance.
Yes it does ask for verification when buying gift cards, pain in bum....

But step up from Amazons normally "slack as f***" security.

I seem to have a large number of candy cane reindeer. Anyone want to swap a silver one for a silent night or bearded one ?

I had the same thing this week when ordering something, asked me to re-enter my CC number. Must be a security campaign they are doing at the moment, I don't think it's anything to worry about. Happy to see them doing these checks if I'm honest
Is this a common deal at Amazon?
