Popped into Asda late this evening and they appeared to be doing a huge stocktake. The AV department was closed but had these on display- When i finally tracked down an assistant they could find no stock and shed no light on this. So, not sure if this was something they have sold out of in the afternoon or were preparing to sell tomorrow. May be a heads up for the morning.

Epic price

If that was I'd buy them all and use them as pillows instead!

Oh and heat!

Memory?

Anyway, doesn't actually exist = hottest deal of the day coming up...

Should imagine the staff would buy any that were available.

Fantasy UK Deals.

The date on the shelf ticket states 29/01/17, perhaps someone can shed some light?
Surprised nobody has posted already if it went live 2 days ago.

Yes, i noticed the date after listing the deal. I checked nobody had posted it before. Surely somebody would have if it was national ? I've had issues trying to get console deals in this Asda before- they always have the display case and tickets up, but the products mysteriously vanish when you ask about them. As mentioned, probably staff putting them aside.

that's a brilliant price! Heat

£100 to play 720p or 900p. Suppose it's worth it at that price. Or wait for a Nintendo Switch if you want something with a little more power. "pew pew" *shots fired*

Asda huddersfield has had no Xbones in stock for weeks apparently. I imagine this is a stock clearance?

Why does the same deal go … Why does the same deal go cold?:|http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/xbox-one-500-gb-100-asda-instore-2590741

Neither are deals, no one can even buy this! Pure fantasy.

Because it isn't a deal because there are none available...

Am I really reading this right.

The OP admits there is no stock and you lot have voted it mega hot.

You been on the magic mushrooms all of you?

perhaps because that one doesn't show the price tag so it could be perceived as false?

Good god, I almost passed out. What a superb price!!

If you ask a colleague to scan the ticket with a telxon gun they should be able to accurately tell you how many they have 'on hand'... Unless of course they are in fact sat in the back with colleagues names on

Anyone else thinking Tesco and Wild Goose chase

You remember all those one hit wonders from Tesco last year that dragged you out of your comfy sofas only to find out it was store specific (some giving the excuse it was a managers special) but it was just a ploy to increase turnover

Yes good for the person who gets the bargain and uploads it - respect for finding the bargain
Edited by: "philphil61" 31st Jan

I don't think it's a marketing ploy from ASDA X)

There's also a function that allows the colleague to check the availability of the item in local stores... Then they / you can ring said store and check the price, goose chase over.

Why would anyone vote hot?

lol, quality.

If it's out of stock I wonder if they'll honour later? Amazing deal

So. Yet another deal that almost no-one can take advantage of? Well done.

Was it ever even £149?

I remember getting my 360 for £70 from Asda back in 2010, it was that price if bought with Fifa World Cup 2010 South Africa. It's still going strong now!.

Though I would say gaming PC's make more sense these days (my £200 Zoostorm with AMD A8 and an old Nvidia gtx 550 Ti play's most games quite well, even BF1).

£50-£60 console games are a joke, and the xbox one and it's roster of games is quite uninspired and slightly bettered by the PS4 with exclusives imo, but for this money it is worth it if you must have a modern console. HOT

Find a friend with Xbox one and gameshare with them, use credit from Russia and Brazil etc to get the games cheaper again. Makes the cost of new games around £20-25.

Or just get a "mans console"/PS4

Yes, of course they will. If you pop into your local store and leave your details they will order one in especially for you, selling it at a loss, and arrange for Bill Gates to come around to your home to connect it up for you.
