Preordered Uncharted 4 with a voucher and they screwed up delivery. Still not resolved, they say to get the voucher I need to buy the same item again and request a refund after the order. After the initial experience I wouldn't trust them screwing it up again.

Awful, awful company.

says a man that probably got stung by the interest for not paying in time lol.
Recently ordered an xbox one from Very, opened it, plugged it in and it started to update. A few minutes later the console made a buzzing noise and shut down filling the room with a burning rubber smell. Has anyone else had this experience?
xbox S coming in august with 4k bluray player for £250 or less

No I got a deal on here with a voucher code for 10% off an order. Made a purchase and paid it off in full the closed the account. 8 months later they reopened my account without contacting me and added the 10% code I used and sent out debt collectors to knock on my door.
Any deal with VERY I would pass on and advise anyone else to do the same.

I got the xbox 2TB s with the recent promo code for 15% off. I don't believe you can use codes on sale items either....

Expect them contact you 6-8months down the line if they were not issued to you and want the money you saved back.

It's all good. I have had the account for over 3 years. Codes work sometimes. I had to email the customer service on this scenario.

You may have had a bad experience. They are not the best company for customer service priority.

I have emails and proof of receipts. And codes arrive by post and email.
