Controversial point time; I think red dead 2 is crazy overrated.

Great story, beautiful environment, extreme attention to detail but all at the expense of gameplay and actual fun.

I just completed it and the entire game consists of reading the text prompts, going to the location on a map, read another text prompt, follow the prompts commands exactly ("go behind the barn", "plant explosives in these specific locations", "dismount your horse in this exact area" or you'll fail the mission), repeat for 50 hours

Best thing about Xbox, cheap games and games pass, but I dont play Xbox
I don't think it's the game it's self that reflects the price as it's getting better each update. Maybe cdkeys have a bit to much stock of this title and just need to shift them.

I was hating it, but jumped back in at the weekend and stil has a few flaws but apart from the dreadful snow maps some of the large scale battles are great.

It's not just CD Keys where the price has dropped, pretty soon after the game came out the physical copies on both console platforms dropped in price, and EA had a promotion where Battlefield 1 players could get a digital copy of BFV for half price. EA and DICE stated that they were concerned about players trying the game but giving up playing it very quickly as they weren't enjoying the experience dvd dying repeatedly very quickly , so they made some very controversial changes to the TTK (time to kill) mechanics of the game which caused an uproar amongst established fans and they quickly reverted it. The game has been in crisis somewhat with bugs, issues, and lack of content since it launched.
will wait till its free with every purchase from cdkeys
I think with each update the game gets worse, I really enjoyed it at first. It seems they fix 2 things and break another 10 in the process. The new unskippable killcam is the latest joke. What a waste of time. Its not even a killcam in the traditional sense. It just ruins the flow of the game.

I bought the game for £20, played it for a few hours and dropped it. Still have it installed but have no desire to boot it up. Bought CoD Black Ops 4 and I am enjoying it more for some reason. I am not even a call of duty fan. The only other CoD game I played was Black Ops 3 and for like 15 hours. I normally like Battlefield games a lot more.

Changing the TTK & TTD was just shooting themselves in the foot tbh. Personally I've enjoyed this title alot more than previous one's. Yeah it still has a few issues and bugs but I take it with a pinch of salt. Christ when BF4 launched there was more than enough issue, but it got there in the end.
Brilliant game!
I've only played the single player of this, but I'm guessing it's pretty much the same as the previous installments, but the single player is actually really good. Love the stories! Heat for a cheap but cracking game!

I agree great game but the recent patch has screwed it up. Dice are trying hard but just seem to be making bad calls at every turn. I bought for £42 at launch and don't regret it one bit. Hopeful to see more players online as the price drops.

Dice will get there in the end (hopefully!)

No way. One and half month ago I bought PS4 edition for £26.80 from amazon. I guess Microsoft has a agreement with ea to sell it for cheaper than PS4

It’s ok to pre order if you’re getting a deal but not at rrp.

It can be argued you don't know you're getting a deal before the thing you're buying has even been made, reviewed and tested.

Secondly, I am very sceptical about "deals" and "preorders". Can't say I've ever seen a good "deal" on a preorder game? I'm talking 20% off, not a digital code for an in game costume and beta access to multiplayer.

Sure, depends on the game. Recently I pre ordered Pokemon let’s go at £32, on release day you couldn’t get it for less than about £42-45 so it worked out then.
I would say avoid ea and activision but some games you just know will be quality and you/I will buy them anyway.
People ask yourself if this game has dropped that much what does it tell you?Yep have you guessed it yet? It's guff.
Worst battlefield I've ever played and ended up selling it after a week.
I'll wait.

It'll be a tenner before you know it.

It'll probably be a finished game by then, too.
This will be like the Assassin's Creed game at CDKeys soon this. Bundled with everything that you can possibly buy to get rid of it.

This game should go down alongside Gerald Ratners I sell shit statement as the joint biggest marketing backfires in all of mankind. The developer saying "Don't buy this game"....Christ.
Can't believe I exchanged RDR2 for this back when it came out..but really enjoying it.
once you get past getting sniped every time you move 2 meters its an alright game, I prefered BF1 but its still worth the £20 I paid for it

Interesting that you see it that way and you certainly make a point. But I feel as if you described Destiny 2 or all these other boring 'deliver XYZ' or kill 'XYZ' type games (looking at you, Anthem!) that have been out there floating around. RDR2 really felt more of a movie to me and I really enjoyed the slow pace of it...first time ever I actually remembered some character names and actually cared about characters!
Will wait for it to come on EA Access and it'll be very soon by the looks of it and it will be for the single player only.

Still playing COD WW2 and a bit of Black Ops 4 but personally think the MP in Black Ops 4 is trash as it is the person with the gun that shoots fastest bullets that win. You have no chance unless you have the rapid fire mod.

Fair play if you enjoyed it and absolutely see how someone could.

I guess the best example I can give is that I completed God of war and had SO much fun playing that game. Some of the most engaging gameplay I've experienced in a computer game ever.
Its something I got in another deal in preorder.

Not bad for the money now, still releasing stuff so not dead.

For me the shame is there is no lobby where you can pick a local server and go there more often than once to make friendships and join clans and stuff.

Otherwise its like groundhog day. I got BF1 cheap the other day but same problem really. Ground hog day matches with random people.

Miss the days of BF2 when all that was the norm. Lobbies and server searches.
Loved battlefield 3 & 4 must of put at least 150 + hours on both games

You can search lobbies for game type and region as per other BF games - each lobby has the local flag next to it so you can pick UK servers....cant save favorite severs though so no favorite "24/7 locker or metro"......saving grace of that is there are no servers owned by expert helicopter pilots who kick for using lock on weapons... ! alla BF4
Awesome price, been really enjoying this version of Battlefield the gameplay, graphics and sounds of the guns are incredible

I kind of agree, I don’t quite think it’s overrated as it is very impressive but so far of what I’ve played of RDR2 isn’t fun. I normally like cinematic games but this takes it to another level. I’ve never fallen asleep playing a game before! Apart from duringthe excruciatingly long cut scenes in MGS4.
Save your money. This game is so bad after the update they’ll be giving it away soon. What a way to screw up what should have been such an awesome game. Shame on Dice/EA.
anyone have a link for the facebook discount code page that works?
