Not sure if this is a price error to be honest. £149.99 on Zavvi. RRP of $149.99 state side.

This new Xbox One controller "The Elite" controller is perfect for hardcore gamers and casual gamers alike. With more buttons and design this one is perfect for hours of gaming.

I have added Shopto to the deal as I appreciate not everybody may see Gamestop for £5 cheaper as a deal

Credit to all the guys in the comments

Does not look like a misprice. Shopto have it for £49.85

Feel a bit silly about my Tweet now

They'll never honour this

Is this a misprice? I want one. I dont even have an xbone but this controller looks cool

Now I'm really tempted, it's got to be a mistake?

Think somebody missed a "1" out.

Do they take payment immediately or on despatch? Thanks.

If you pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, it's at despatch.

Had a stab at it. Nothing to lose.

OK Negative Nancy

Given it a go, why not!

If you're paying £150 for a controller you're doing it wrong

Thanks Scarborough

what's the best way to pay to increase chances of getting this honoured?

ordered. why not

Thanks OP. now ordered.

Ordered. I think they will honour it.

Worth a shot! Cheers Buzz!

What's special about this controller to warrant such a high RRP?

Likewise, works on PC tho

October launch apparently, let's hope they honour it.

Ordered, why not. Don't even have an Xbox, but I am sure I'll have one by the time this is released! Sticking with PS4 and PC at the moment

It's pretty impressive tech, but I found it amusing that after all that they're still using standard AA batteries like it's 1989.

UK site doesn't list a price but it's the same ETA: October is quite some time away, so you don't want to pay up front for them to hold on to your money so long and then cancel. If you choose a method where you don't pay, though, there's much less risk.

'If you don't buy a ticket', etc.

They most likely mixed it up with another new controller: xbox.com/en-…ler

ordered even though I've got another controller still in the box never opened

My xbox360 uses AA, I use rechargeables, can change them in seconds and always have spare, so I never have interrupted gaming.

My brand new PS4 uses a built in battery, which although a tiny bit lighter than the batteries in the 360 controller, has a much lower gameplay time. And I can't change it, so I have to have it plugged in to the console via a usb lead.

Please explain how this is possibly moving forward. Moving bleedin backwards if you ask me.

Sweet thanks!

If its any help, Amazon.com had it up for pre-order for $89.99 before jumping the price up - I don't think any retailers expected the price to be so high!

the RRP is silly. £149, but 44.97 is better

You're meant to charge the controller when the console is in rest mode... That way you get 4-5 hours of gameplay and just charge it when you aren't playing it. Only saying it as it sounds like you aren't doing that but charging it when the console is fully turned on
