Online retailer GameSeek has announced plans to temporarily drop the price of an Xbox One console with FIFA 14 to just £299.99 – £100 less than the standard retail price.
The price drop forms a part of GameSeek's 'Co-buying' promotion, an initiative similar to sites like Groupon that offers a product at an increasingly reduced price as more people pledge to buy.
On top of that, the retailer will also be reducing the price of Titanfall on Xbox One to just £30, offering a substantial saving on its normal price.
GameSeek says that each co-buy will only last for a "few hours" and that there will only be a "limited number" of each product.

TBH not sure anyway as would prefer a ps4.
Get all the newspapers writing articles about this, gets their website 1000x the amount of visitors it would normally have, get all those extra visitors to sign up to be notified of when to get the £299 xbox one......

Yup, I'm surprised they made it so obvious that it had nothing to do with the power of bulk buying and everything to do with getting people to their website. Offering only 5 is laughable given how much they were making out it was something special.
