I've just bought that bundle and would like to share with you my find. I have made extensive research today and this is the best deal for XBOX ONE with Kinect bundle.

XBOX ONE with Kinect and 4 games:
- Dance Central Spotlight,
- Kinect Sports Rivals
- Zoo Tycoon
- Minecraft: Story Mode

Regular price is 240 and includes 3 first games. Adding Minecraft costs effectively +9 pounds only. Plus use TDX-KHTX code (expires at 7th August) at checkout to get 20 pounds off. That makes price: 229 pounds.

Cashback: Quidco and TCB offer 2% only, but I used Complete Savings (10%). Plus at purchase you receive 229 Tesco points. If you'll use them on Tesco boost offers (4x multiplier) it makes that combined price including tesco points and cashback drops below 200 pounds!

good price if you want the kinect but it's effectively dead now especially considering the new Xbox doesn't even have the kinect port

still useful for voice commands, if you're into that sort of thing.

especially with the arrival of cortana opening up new voice commands. and the Kinect will connect via the USB with adapter.
You can use the xbox headset now, to give voice commands
Kinect is now dead?

What is the point of it then

Possible VR use later on
Tesco club card boost is no longer available I thought?

The refresh rate of Kinect is far too low for VR.

personally I think the Kinect is great. spot on for voice commands. I don't like wearing the headset, as I don't want to look like an American wedding coordinator in my living room. my wife uses it most days for workouts and the kids love playing games on it. it is a great addition to a family console. maybe that's it's problem, it's not edgy enough for hardcore gamers.

Only the double-points boost. The other Boost offers are still ongoing.

there's an adapter for it you get by providing all serial nos of the xbox and kinect devices
Second what jayd95 says there is an adapter for kinect and the X box one S
Kinect with cortana would make a great Amazon echo alternative if MS wanted it to
Tempted, but its tough to justify this when the new xbox is out next year?

Microsoft says all Xbox One games will work across this, the S and Scorpio consoles, they will just run better on Scorpio. Plus we do not know how much Scorpio will cost at launch, it could be prohibitive.

I agree the kinect is good and there are some good workouts for it, for men and women. Disappointed that Xbox fitness is stopping though and I won't even be able to play the games that I have purchased. After paying for Insanity and a few others, I thought I would be able to play them for as long as I wanted.

Scorpio will be out next year, but All games will work on original Xbox one and Scorpio will probably be much much more expensive.
