Do you remember your childhood fears? Little Nightmares is a third-person 3D puzzle platformer about a young girl called Six and her efforts to escape The Maw - a vast, mysterious vessel inhabited by corrupted souls looking for their next meal.

Immerse yourself in Little Nightmares, a dark whimsical tale that will confront you with your childhood fears as you help Six & The Kid escape The Maw – a vast, mysterious vessel inhabited by corrupted souls looking for their next meal!

Features:

  • Embark on a Grim Adventure: Immerse yourself in an interactive dark whimsical tale that will confront you with childlike fears and question any preconceived idea you had.

  • Visit the most Intriguing Dollhouse: Explore a disturbingly charming world set apart by its distinctive art signature, offering a prison to escape from and a playground to revel in.

You can purchase it and not download it - it will say that you own the product. Does he have access to the store?

Good idea as he won’t go into the store. I was going to purchase on disc but I can just get a picture of the game or something for Xmas day.

Thanks for the link, the only reason I would get a physical copy is so it’s a present to open, not sure if it’s worth the extra though!
I print the download codes and put them in an envelope and wrap that. Or wrap it in with a chocolate bar. Kids are happy with this.

If you gift it to yourself, you get a code I think. But it needs to be redeemed fairly quickly. Best way is to buy it and then hide it from the ready to install area. They could still see it as purchased if looking it up on the store though.
One of them games, you delve into in the dark, with your headphones on..Neat lil price too..

An extra 3 levels.. I'd say so.
Excellent little game. Very well made and spooky. Me and my 8 year old son played it and found it good to work out the puzzles together.
Incredible game. Real standout this gen for me.

Why does it need to be redeemed fairly quickly?

When I did it last it said the gift is to be redeemed within a week or so. I guess to stop people generating keys when a sale is on and reselling down the line.

Where does it say that?

In the Xbox Live message when you gift it to a gamertag/email. I won't explain in detail but there's a page here that may be useful.
