After deliberating for a few months whether to go for an Xbox One I've taken the plunge on this deal. It's similar to an earlier one but with a couple of differences:

hotukdeals.com/tag/dea…268

This one is the same price, you lose a play and charge kit but gain a stereo headset and another game, The Crew. So the bundle is:

Xbox One
Additional Controller
Play & Charge Kit
Stereo Headset
Forza 5 GOTY (Download)
The Crew Limited Edition (Physical)
CoD: Advanced Warfare (Physical)
Halo MCC (Physical)
Lego Marvel Super Heroes (Physical)
Disney INFINITY 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack (Physical)

1% through Quidco plus additional 1% via Paypal, also around £8 of reward points.

Adding up the individual prices through GAME comes to £621.77, so around £200 saved. Even if you compare with the 247 Electronics deal and start with Xbox One and CoD for £270, this will give you 5 more games, a 2nd pad, charge kit, and headset for £160.

It ticked all my boxes anyway, now I Just need to exchange Halo for Destiny and I'm set!!

NB The bundles page on the website suggests this contains 2 play and charge kits, however I spoke to someone on live chat and they confirmed it was 1.

No kinect and the Crew is a broken title

The stereo headset is great for a cheap pair of headphones and they only have one small wire to the controller so you can walk around the house wireless! Obviously it's only 2.1 but they are still a very good cheap alternative. Not a bad bundle heat

Am I missing something here?

This should be steaming hot surely?

I wasn't sure about The Crew and will definitely be offloading the headset, both go for around £40 on ebay.

Xbox, 2nd pad, play and charge, Forza, CoD, Halo, Lego Marvel and Disney Infinity for £350 then, or ~£335 i you take into account cashback and reward points.

Thinking further about this i'll offload Halo for £40 as well, making Xbox, 2nd pad, play and charge, Forza, CoD, Lego Marvel and Disney Infinity for sub £300.

If you don't have a little one that would benefit from the Marvel games, you could probably fetch ~£65 for those too, making Xbox, 2nd pad, play and charge, Forza and CoD, for around £235.

nice find op,heat added

Chunky I think your sell on values are a little off the mark mate tbh

Surely the ebay with 5 games is a better deal. Use th extra 100 to buy far cry 4 , FIFA cod or whichever game u actually want a next gen console for. Do u really want marvel , Disney etc

I'm thinking that too. I think It'll still be a little cheaper than most bundles. But the thing is A) Do you need all this stuff? and B) Can you really be bothered to offload all this stuff in the hopes you'll even get that price on ebay?

If you need (well want, but its always need isn't it? ) it then its a good deal. But either way, its still alot of money to plonk down for something that unless you need it all, probably isn't going to save you much.

Basically. If you want all this? Fantastic price. Bits you don't want? Well maybe save yourself a 100 and spend it on things you do want.

This is a bundle the idea is for them to sell stuff no one wants and give you the hard work of trying to flog the extra items on.
If you can get the price the shops selling it cant get for the items then great deal if not then well ....
deal is a bit "Meh"

Agree with the others, your sell on prices are deffo too high, you wont get that much for them, plus with ebay fees and all the messing around, not worth it unless you want all this stuff imo

The prices for The Crew (£45) and the headset (£40) are based on ebay searches, but let's knock them down to £35 and £30 then, £30 also for Halo.

So £320 (after Quidco and Reward points as well) for Xbox, 2nd pad, p&c, Forza, CoD, Disney Infinity and Marvel Lego. Still seems a steal for me but appreciate you dont want to buy a bundle if there is too much to sell on. As I mentioned if you have someone to benefit from the Marvel games then its that much better.

£30 for halo? Going £25 in most shops. Let alone Ebay. Either way, I did give heat as if you actually want all this stuff, it is a good bundle. I personally I'd rather pay the extra few quid to avoid risking ebay and get stuff I'd like :P

I was hoping to walk into Game and do a straight swap Halo for Destiny so jurys out on that one

No one will convince me this isnt a good deal but again, as with all bundles it does rely on wanting most of the stuff.

Thanks this bundle is the best mix I have come across for my family, ordered :-)

Chunky your prices are way off, and your forgetting the 10% ebay charge and 3% PayPal charge, decent deal

If you were to get rid of everything except COD through CEX, console and game would only cost 280, which is pretty good, only 10 more than 247 and thats excluding cashback.

If u sell to cex online to they take the prices now or when they receive test etc?

It did, the console came bundled with cod and for an extra £10 you got another copy, its the only reason i ordered

This was clarified on the thread because many thought the same, not that it matters now anyways. It was a standard console (no games bundled), plus £10 for COD.

Ah didnt know that, still trying to get refunded ffs

Can you not get these bundles in store ?

Original Poster

Just taken delivery of this package, seems the online chat guy was wrong as it DOES come with 2 play and charge kits
