Cheers and good spot
Games are all around £25 and it's a download, headset £10 so effectively an Xbox X for £225 which is cheap

No physical copies no more?

No physical copies no more?

With the console packaged for Xbox it seems to be all download codes for the games

If it's the official bundle with the game picture on the box (which is actually a cardboard sleeve over the regular box) then it will be a download code.
£250 with a game is the new price. Can't see the S has dropped yet.
One the one hand, new consoles were due out soon-ish, but now might not be. And they will "only" be 2x as powerful on the GPU side, and MS have said no exclusives for a while.

They have managed to make the One X a somewhat tempting prospect, alongside the probable worldwide supply issues/delays.
Anyone know if you can attach a keyboard and a mouse to this without any expensive device ?

Sold my S because of this, could not get used to play shooters with the controller

Seems the cheapest for the Star wars pack, but the lego and gears packs are better value with Game (horses for courses really - Argos gives a headset with these packs, game has various packs but for the same price you can get a south park game too but no headset.)

EDIT: Anyone struggling to find stock for the Star Wars version - it's the same price in Curry's

Holding strong for next gen don't care how cheap these drop using all free money to get day 1
Might as well put the £260 toward the next gen at this point.

If you didn't factor that equation, this type of device still offers excellent value and will hardly look an eyesore in the entertainment centre, mini snes costs just less than this and only offers nostalgia, this offers so much more.

That's what I'm doing personally BUT the next gen won't be less than £500 and maybe even nearer £600 which many won't be able to afford so this is a steal and worth getting
Is it good to have the additional 3 years warranty which argos is giving? Microsoft is giving warranty for a year only.

Depends. My first X broke after 18 months.

I'll prob trade this one in when the new one comes out though so no point for me.

It is good to have then. How much did it cost for you to fix?

True but that’s what I mean if you don’t buy this you’re going to be half way towards being able to afford the new gen console
40149628-9aIiE.jpgthis is at currys with Tekken 7 For £263.99
I wish I could plug in my oculus quest and play the new Alyx
I think with the virus situation next gen consoles will be delayed or have a VERY limited numbers available at a 2020 launch, like 2-3 systems per store.
Also no stock in London
No stock West Midlands either
Currys have a bundle with Forza and Lego racing for same price
But can't tell what comes with the bundle, how many controllers etc
Sorry my fault not noticing the same bundle at Argos too
It says Free Headset but you are paying for it in the price as it's £249.99 for the console bundle elsewhere.
Cheers picked up the gears bundle yesterday on my Argos card so 12 months to pay as well interest free, thanks.

The xbox system let's you use mouse and keyboard yes.

But It's also up to the individual games if you can use them with it.. Check each game details on purchase..
