they still have the Scorpio version - does this deal work with that too? Seen them on ebay for silly money so worth it.

Prob saving like twenty quid you bought separately. I'll vote hot tho

Pure speculation of course but lets face it, history shows that this usually happens (early adopters always get fleeced anyway!). Add to this the lukewarm reception its had and its high price compared to the PSpro and I'd say it HAS to drop to nearer £350 (and should have launched at the price anyway!)... I worry that MS have cocked up again on this one!

They wanted to beat the PSPro on power so they have to charge this to not make a loss. It's good value for the power, not to say that it won't drop on black friday though but i think closer to £400 or £450 with a bigger games bundle. 2 weeks isn't enough time for a bigger drop IMO.

I agree, I seem to recall that they dropped the RRP of the One soon after launch and it wasn't good PR! I'm sure they ended up giving early adopters a free controller and a game? I think they need to get some games out which truly show off why we need to upgrade, titivating old titles and beautifying a couple of new titles isn't enough of an incentive (although AC looked amazing!). I think I'll jump in, just not sure it's worth it just yet
