If you're considering these, don't hesitate. They are excellent. Great mic and headphone quality, ability to mute mic easily and 2 separate dials to change the volume of the game sound and the voices of others players. Plus they charge off simple USBC

    Quite flimsy/bad design.
Always treating my gear with care, but they fell once from my chair and broke.
The outer volume part is attached inside by a single tiny screw in the middle. Tiny plastic protrusion that it screws into brakes easily, especially if you adjust volume to much.

I had to take them apart completely to get to the screw and used glue to fix it. Once you see it it’s quite amusing that this design was approved.

Apart from that I do like them.

so due to your clumsiness, they are a bad design, lol. My car is badly design because when i crashed it, the front of the car crumpelled. All headphones will break if you drop them. (edited)

The dolby Atmos app makes them even better, great headset

Second this. Bought for my son at Xmas and forgotten to switch on Dolby atmos for headphones. I’d picked it up an a deal here but his old headphones weren’t compatible. The difference was notable once we did.

So I have the wired version of them which I jus connect to my Controller, I also have the Dolby Atmos app for messing around with the EQ, besides being Wireless do these have much extra in terms of hardware differences?
    royals's avatar
No game chat dial. If you forget the wired ones are on then you risk smashing your controller.

Only minor advantange is your wired ones is that you dont need to charge them, but i have used the wireless ones for hours without charging them

I would be interested to know how they compare to the above and the £270 ones that were on here few weeks ago (edited)

    Me too

Bought and returned these as they were very bassy even after adjusting setting, tight fit on my head(bigger head) and the mic wasnt clear according to my mates in party chat. Bought a set of wired Steelseries Arctis 3 from Argos for £40 and theyre amazing!! Also allows me to continue using the game/chat/volume adapter on the bottom of the controller.

I was thinking to buy these but read that they have high audio latency and some connectivity issues. Anyone here had any issues or noticed sync issues in games? Especially on Series S. I'm still tempted to go for it as I have some credit from Microsoft Rewards

I use it with Series S. Mostly different Battlefield games. No latency or sync issues since I bought it 3 months ago.

This headset is great. Volume control straight on the right ear and chat/game volume on the left is always at your fingertips. Decent music quality, quite bass heavy - you can use an equaliser though via the Accessories app. Bluetooth and xbox compatible, also works on a PC via bt or xbox adapter (I use them via xbox adapter on PC).

Does it work well on PC when using in game comms in games ? thx

Surprised at how good these are. Bought one to go along side my Series S from the amazon warehouse deal. Really impressed and good bass which I welcomed.

Good price. bought them last month using £18 of nectar points and a discount code for £67. Great headphones, comfortable - worn them for hours, build quality is pretty good, light and seamless connectivity, good enough sound quality for playing games and made playing cod a million times better.

Perfect for the xbox series x

Install the DTS app for even better sound quality, its better than windows sonic and dolby for headphones for gaming. You can hear footsteps and which direction, clearly too. lol - oh is that a player sounding like a herd of elephants coming??? (edited)

If you gonna use it on PC, make sure you have minimum bluetooth version 4.2.
    Daytrader's avatar
I dont even have bluetooth on my PC, i thought i could use my windows wireless adapter that i use on PC with my xbox series x controllers ?
  12. Ridan's avatar
There is no way to disable the feature where it automatically turns on the Xbox. Really annoying when you just want to use it for PC.
    Daytrader's avatar
    What do you mean ?
  13. Chris_Berry's avatar
Daft question... Are they bluetooth? That is.. can I connect these to other devices like a tablet or a laptop?
    theukcrazyhorse's avatar
Yes they are. If you have an Xbox (or a PC with the Xbox adapter) you can connect to that wirelessly AND connect to a Bluetooth device at the same time.

Who has these on PC and can answer this? I am reading conflicting information. Whilst you can connect to PC via MS dongle and via Bluetooth to a phone simultaneously, can you confirm if party chatmix works on PC.

I understand this functionality to be missing on PC but available on Xbox . .
    Shahintr's avatar
No, on PC the mix does not work. I faced this issue and had to go after a different headset after I sold my XSX - I purchased many dongles after reading through lengthy forums and Reddit, I found the issue.

Xbox uses its own proprietary frequency, this can be mixed with Bluetooth and wireless dongle signal, but the latter two can not mix with each other. Hope that makes sense. (edited)

Great headset, had them for ages!

Debating these or the Razer Kaira Pro Xbox hmmmmmmmm
  17. Scarlet_Pimp's avatar
i have these as do a number of my friends on xbox and use them quite regularly for party chat, never had any issues. Like the fact they can connect to my phone and the xbox at the same time so i can listen to Spotify or youtube while gaming.
They do feel a bit cheap in my opinion but had them since day 1 and no issues. perhaps the mic boom is a little short
  18. Daytrader's avatar
So if gaming on the PC, i can use mic for chatting in PC games ok then, like tarkov or any game that has comms ? thx

Super value for the money. No hesitations recommending it, even at full RRP.
