Back down in price again now

Thought this was decent for a 27" monitor. It is full HD and a TN panel. Which I know won't be for everyone at this size, I just felt that £89.99 all in was decent value if this spec suits your needs.

I mean, if you don't have a GPU capable of gaming at 1440 and you want a bigger screen, this could work. Or if you're just wanting something as an office monitor. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, although it is a fair price for the specs imo

I didn't even know Xenta had monitors out there

There is a 24" model HEREwhich is also good if £69.99 is your absolute top end budget

I thought i was doing well getting a 32inch 1440 IPS Viewsonic for £157 last week, but this one is super cheap.

Understood. And it is a beautiful thing. Now I just need to work on trying to get my ageing Intel HD4000 graphics to drive the thing without having lots of wonky fonts!
very tempted with this. Thanks OP

Ah, I was thinking the same. Is 27 enough screen size for FPS console gaming?

Depends on how far away you sit really. I used to sit in my pc chair and game on my 27" monitor and from up to around 3 or 4 feet it's fine.

Fair point - as I used to have a 32" and used to sit about 4 feet away - just unsure whether 27 will do the same justice.

23-24” is my preferred gaming I play way better on smaller screens vs my previous 27” and 50” tv less looking it’s all right in front of ya (I play cod about 2-3ft away and have it eye level stacked on an amazon box ha)
hi, can anyone confirm if this monitor can be used with a NowTV box for watching TV

How can the speakers be connected ? There are no speakers on this monitor nowtv box has no audio output.
Any idea how this compares to other branded monitors like asus around the £100 range (24 inch). Talking about colors, display panel quality etc.

Basically since I cant see any reviews will it look like crap compared to others.

The NowTV box doesn’t have bluetooth so you cant connect a speaker or headphones either... best bet is to use a hdmi audio breakout box like this one

amazon.co.uk/dp/…XRA

It separates the audio signal and allows you to plug in a speaker or headphones whilst letting the video through to the screen.
