Found this small tool kit. Been looking for something like this for those little jobs. Hope that this helps someone.

Blurb from the site.....

We are all familiar with the situation; one of our most beloved gadgets falls ill to a problem that is easily fixable, yet impossible to address due to a lack of the right tools.

This causes many of us to seek costly professional help, which in many cases could be considered unnecessary, especially when you have already partially identified the problem as being simple to fix.

Having the right tools to hand is therefore of the utmost importance and the Xenta 30 Piece Precision Toolkit has all you need to address almost any situation, meaning that you never again have to look at a screw in despair.

This great set comes with a number of features designed for ease of use and convenience.

The screwdriver itself is coated in rubber, allowing a more effective and comfortable grip during use.

But functionality is not the only advantage of this product, as there is a hugely convenient and flexible nature to this kit too. Each of the screwdriver ends are held in place with the use of a magnetic connector, meaning that they can be attached and removed quickly and easily.

They are also kept in place within a durable and secure plastic storage case, which is more than capable of protecting the kit from the elements.

The interchangeable heads are even kept in place by way of rubber holding strips, meaning that you no longer have to worry about any of loose parts when in use.

Among the heads included in the set are four Phillips models: No.00,0,1,2, which are mainly suited to tackling the screws found in a variety of mass-produced products.

Other heads include: Torx: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 20, which help deal with the sorts of screws that are often found in cars, motorcycles, bicycle brake systems (disc brakes), hard disk drives, computer systems and consumer electronics.

Others include Hex, Star, Drop and Triangle screwdrivers, leaving you with almost everything you need to handle whatever situation comes your way.

Agreed.

My second set (first one last me 5 years until cousins lost all the bits), decent quality and didn't notice any noticeable wear.

Thanks, just ordered a couple

Don't bother with this rubish, after a couple uses the barrel just spins inside the handle so you can never unscrew or tighten anything as the handle just spins round with the screw bit staying still

I bought one of these last time they were up on offer, and I have only used a couple of the screw bits a few times, and yet to find any problems.

Another buyer from last time. You get what you pay for.

The metal is very soft. Anything that requires even a bit of torque easily bends the bit. That's if the barrel doesn't spin first.
Not recommended.

oh ffs, another screwdriver set to add to the collection

Could anyone recommend me really good quality ones that'll last for a while at least, I've bought cheap ones and they worn out on the first few usage

I guess these are for very light use

I too got this last time and it's been great for fiddly jobs, haven't experienced any issues that others faced then again this isn't exactly made for the hardest of jobs........ With that in mind it's a great little kit to keep around.

Yeah the quality really is good for the money.

That's some fantastic description. Even though I have one from Rolson, Poundland and another set from someone else, after reading that brilliant description even I want another set!

bought this at £1.99 at ebuyer. I think it is fantastic for the money, still working great. agreed not for heavy industrial use, but plenty of uses around the house

American company, I got given a set similar to this one about 15 years ago.I use it all the time on cars/ bikes and i have not rounded and broken any part yet. Amazing how useful the ratchet has been over the years. I have purchased as presents for other people and its the best money spent .

Just to add, Buy via Amazon US rather than direct.

I have something almost identical under the Silverline brand. Very handy.

Got this when on offer last time. I'm sure it was £1.99. Does the trick so no complaints so far.

It looks a nice little set but the delivery charge is £9.48. What is that all about?

It looks like a canny little set but the delivery charge is about £9.48 so you looking at £12 to buy it.
