Great price for this laser printer. Voted hot.

The only thing I might add is that the voucher for the free toner might be cutting a little close, although Insight do tend to be very prompt with their delivery.

The claim form gives you 14 days from date of purchase, so it should be fine.

You can also re-fill the toner yourself with a nice little Toner Refill kit i found on eBay.

Item:- 250275245226

wont paste links but this is a good deal to re-fill your own

Not trying to put you off, but as with all printers, take a look at the cost of the consumables - printer manufacturers in general seem to price the hardware low in order to hook you into buying the consumables.

With the free black toner, this does indeed seem like a good deal, but at the end of the day, the total running cost (not just the initial outlay) is what really matters.

Ordered, been waiting for this drop again.

that ebay item number above is showing

all carts for £49.99+ £1 postage

but also a "RefillUK Brand Hole melting Iron" with the pack lol, hope its easy to use

This looks like a rebadged Samsung CLP-300N which normally sells for around £130 to £140. Although you can get it as a mis-price from stuff-uk.net for £75.08 (£88.22 inc VAT) plus delivery. No extra black toner. The Xerox is a very hot deal. Worth buying two just for the toners and spare parts.

I agree totally, with the e-bay refills it doesn’t seem to bad. I don’t print a lot of colour stuff at home nice boss “ he’s out off the office a lot” and when I do come to print in colour at home the inkjet nozzles are always blocked.

The ebay refills are a bit misleading as you will not get 5000 pages due to the cartridge size. These are small size cartridges and hold toner for about 1000 pages @ 5% colour or 2000 @ 5% black. The epson (c900) i have the toners are only slightyly dearer but have a capacity of 4500 pages @ 5%. The running costs will soon mount up on one of these compared to the larger printers. They are almost throw away devices at this price due to running costs.

This is a tremendous bargain, and plug it into a home wifi router/switch and you're good for printing wirelessly.

It does seem a Samsung clone and the consumables look the same. Much better, and cheaper per page than an inkjet for typical home use, letters, reports and similar.

keep your inkjet for photos though!

Agree, although I did just print out a photo to see how it looked - and given that it was onto cheapo plain paper I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent deal. Just ordered one.

All Gone. Expired. That was quick but managed to order 1 .

I was. But they just added stock. So not expired. Thanks.
Just checked again and it says 'ordered on request'. therefore out of stock - again.
Whats happening ?
Checked again 62 in stock. Feels like a Monday morning.

I bought one of these a couple of months ago, and am very pleased with it. Works well in my wireless network and even though the kids have done plenty of printing, still on the original cartridges. My inkjet printer would have cost me more to replace inks, and still be causing problems by drying up in the same circumstances. Also got the black toner delivered with the item, so it seems to be a standard extra for the printer.

Also just ordered one of the refil kits mentioned earlier. A lot cheaper than replacing all the cartridges. Thanks for the info Python 5.

When I tried to order one of these before posting it would not let me, so I called and he confirmed they were in stock and got them released. I think the additional £22 is an online offer, but it is worth a phone call if you want one.

Cracking deal, just ordered one. Even if it lasts only the 1 year under warranty it would mean over 8 black & just under 2 colour prints every day for a total cost of under 18p a day (I dont have to pay for paper). Thanks. Voted hot.

Hot, bought for my new home office cheers :). And ditto what the above poster said.

However if unlike me you do lots of printing, this is not cost-effective at all, look elsewhere.

i ordered this for £99 last time on here, was great deal then, now even better, voted hot. mine is still in the box!
although no claim was needed for free toner, included in delivery

as someone said may be worth getting two just for the parts so just ordered another one

Been looking for a colour laser and this seems to fit the bill perfectly. Thanks

I ordered one this time too (after mis-reading this the last time it was posted) - I have a 6120N that has lasted 2 years, and down to 20% on the toner.
print quality is good, but not photo quality - much quicker than an inkjet though!
better for occasional use - since it doesn't dry up
and it's networked, so I have it stuck out of the way in the back room, instead of in the living room with my PC.

Note that the claim is for additional free toner - you get the 4 (CMYK) in the box, and one extra black with the claim.

Yes same as last time a free extra black toner ,my point was that they sent it with delivery of the printer although in a seperate package

After trying to a number of time to but my card info in, and it rejecting it. I ring up to be told that they dont take Maestro and there waiting for the site to be updated as it says you can pay by debit card.

Jeez, nearly forgot to fill the forms for the toner refill!!!

Sent now!

Voted COLD.

Insight are ****ing useless. This is pure marketting non-sense.

Ordered 12pm, 61 in stock. Paid for next day delivery. Just checked, now "ordered on request", phoned them, and idiot on phone says it was a "web error" and that its going to be at least 5 days (working) before they get stock.

Sorry to anyone else who ordered, but don't hold your breath! This is cold for me as you will not get the free toner offer in time. Other retailers (e.g. Printer land) have it listed and is £7 dearer.

Got this when the offer was originally posted a couple of weeks ago. Same deal. Same discount. Same seller. Same toner offer.

Printerland are £7 dearer before the £22 discount so actually £29 + VAT dearer, but they do have a price match so on you go.....

uuugh, just rung them and they said its not in stock, they should hopefully get stock in a few days, most likely too late for the free cart claim

she did say there are over 100 on back order and mine was in that status too (i ordered @ 12:20)

still a good bargain even if i miss the cart offer, but i cant see them getting over a hundred of these back in stock tbh :x

£98.56 now inc £12 delivery to n.ireland , voucher no longer works, just tried it twice

well done to all who bagged this offer!

not sure whats going on, just tried it again and order went through with voucher £72 odd inc delivery although will probably cancel it on 29th if order not dispatched as would be too late to claim free toner.

Reading the terms of the free toner offer, if it is invoiced before 30th September you can claim the free toner. You have 14 days to do it, and it can be by email. I haven't used Insight before but it looks like you will be able to get an electronic copy of the invoice prior to delivery. Pity about the extra discount code not working now but either offer is worthwhile, both together a bonus.

Insight don't upload electronic invoice until after despatch of goods.

Is it still worth putting an order in for this, baring in mind it says ''Ordered upon request''

thats not the same printer though, no network option
