Looking for a power bank to replace last one that broke, and came across this. Includes free shipping (from USA) seems to be a good site and good product. This is for silver one. Gold/red are around £1 more. 6.3% TCB/6% quidco too.

Shipping's from China, not the USA.

Depends on the model of iPhone and how efficient this power bank is/how truthful that 10Ah claim is. I'd expect between 2 and 4 depending on the model.

Excellent powerbank. This has been the price for the item for months. Not sure if its a deal. It was down to £7-£8 last year. might buy one more if its down to such price.

in have it, it's amazing, although I got it when it was around 7.50

same here best 1 I've ever had

The model does state that due to energy lost via heat and other sources you only recieve around 6500mAH. Which is enough to charge ( to full) my galaxy s6 2 times. And my partners Iphone 6(w/e) 3 times.

I have the 20000mAh Xiaomi and it's brilliant. Really good build quality and works perfectly.

I ordered one last time there was a deal, around the 18th September and am still waiting for it to arrive so just bear in mind that it takes a while to arrive.

3 quid more on Amazon, but next day delivery and better customer service:
amazon.co.uk/dp/…LS/

purchased last year for around £8. its a good quality power bank.

Also have this and it will charge my oneplus x about 20% off three times

This looks a lot like one I saw on a LinusTechTips video that compared Power Banks. If it is, then it scored highly.

Personally I think Vinsics 20aH battery is the best power bank of the lot but I've heard these are decent. Hot from me!

Not sure but it charged my android once, as in once only then It packed up !
Couldn't get any help from Bangood but luckily I'd used PayPal and got a refund.

bought mine for 7.25, very nice thing, charge my note 4, 3 times, I have it since last year, now takes ages to recharge but for 7.25 cant complain

Yes you're right. I got it for £7.30 last year I think but such a well made bit of kit it's worth £11 if you can't get it cheap. I imagine returns are a bit of a nuisance though in the event of an issue?

Got this when it was £7, it's been brilliant!

Back when I got my Supfire there was a move against air freighting 18650 cells and the like due to fears of explosions/fire. What is the current state of affairs?

Less than 6 months old and it's broken. Terrible company Banggood sent lots of emails to them for a replacement and says its out of warranty. Great initial reviews but be aware the battery connection is faulty after a while a lot of people have posted on the Banggood website problems with the battery. DYOR

Think I would go for this. Theoretically it's twice the current and can also start a car (includes suitable leads)
for about £20

Bought it last year when it was £8 or something like that. It's the best power bank I've ever used, holds charge for a very long time and I can charge my galaxy s7 from 20% to full 3 times.

Brilliant battery can't go wrong with it, though it was cheaper when I bought it. Build quality is incredible. Charges my redmi note 3 pro about 2.5 times so good capacity too.

Cold, due to price. It's always been this price, a deal is when these are sub £20.

Just because this is the cheapest price today doesn't make it a hot deal.

In regard to the product I got a 1st gen one and the 2nd gen one of these. Both are great products, this is the 2nd or newer gen btw. 1st was 10400mah battery, slight reduction but size and efficiency are better.

Bought one the last time. Absolute garbage!

Agreed worked a few times then stopped recharging.

Bought one last year, was getting 3 full charges on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, was a cheaper price than this but still think this is a bargain.

I wouldn't trust anything from banggood anywhere near my car!

Can anyone recommend a decent solar panel charger to go with this? I had a battery pack with a built in solar panel but it was absolutely rubbish, not charging from the panel and not even holding a charge from the mains for very long. So it would be great to get a reliable high capacity battery pack such as this and pair it with a separate solar panel. I've seen them around, just don't know what to look for.

It will be **** quality and well under the started reading of 10,000mAh.

Buy a decent brand like Anker instead.

Most of the electronics were probably made in China

Xiaomi is a decent brand. It's not some no name Chinese product.

Its far from cheap quality, I have one and its great, charges fast and the build quality is really good

I have one of these and it's pretty good. I get about 2 charges from it on my One Plus One so it's not quite 10,000mAh (and of course there is heat loss etc on things like this) but plenty good enough.

Lots of things to think about here and you may be disappointed. What size of panel are you willing to carry around? Are you expecting it to produce any significant current when the sun is not out, or will you be around to point it directly at the sun when it is? How long are you expecting it to take to charge?

Love mine. And I have an anker that lives in a bag somewhere now.

Spot on.
I would never buy any battery product that isn't from a clearly reputable brand.

I was trying to source a similar product to this wholesale from a manufacturer in China. I declined this companies offer as they'd offered a 5,000 mAh battery, but most competition is selling an 8,000 mAh battery for a similar price. This was their response.

Unfortunately this 'tradition' makes it near impossible to enter this market unless you're willing to join the club and also lie about the capacity of the batteries you're selling.

expensive for this product compared to the previous prices. saying that, if its the best price atm, then fair play, but not voted either way.

You know Xiaomi are a big player and sold over 70 million phones last year, more than Sony and LG, this isn't a dodgy brand. Whether Banggood have fakes or not is another story, normally alright though.
