No NFC?

No way that's like an absolute essential!

Imagine showing that off to your mates and having to explain what Tencent Gaming is.

It looks wonderfully silly too. About as subtle as a brick. But considering the specs, and it has actually controls for gaming (pop up triggers for your PUBG pew pew). Even has a half decent camera.

Actually hot, heh.
Pure luxury Switch
Phwoar.
Too expensive... Black Shark 1 failed on first week. Good luck chasing warranty

No problem mate
To be honest on paper the specs look great but what matters the most is how they fine tune the software and updates and that is when phones like this will be undone. Definitely better off with the oneplus 8 to be honest as they good updates and a very active dev scene over on Xda.

+1
£689 for Xiaomi - can't justify that!
I bet the non pro variant is equally good, if only they can release the global versions.

What do you justify that kind of spend on then?
Ultra impressive the OP'8 series pricing has brought a new dynamic to the market.
Probably the only phone I'd consider (mr)switching my Mate20X with at the moment. We shall see. Still a bit too expensive for my taste.
Great phone I think for the Gamers.

Durability test here :

Teardown here :
I'm not going near it I like my lungs
I've become addicted to Pubg...... This might be the phone that gets me more chicken dinners!
