ADMIN
Our Xiaomi M365 electric scooters come with a 2-year UK warranty, (unlike many imports that have to be returned to Europe or China for warranty issues).

Xiaomi M365 facts

  • The World's best selling electric scooter
  • Our most reliable electric scooter
  • Great build quality
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to start
  • Fun to ride
  • Looks good
  • Good for the environment
  • Amazing value for money

Swift, accessible, attractive and great value, it's not hard to see why the Xiaomi M365 is a worldwide bestseller.

It’s popular for a reason
With a top speed of 15mph, you'll cover 2 miles in just 8 minutes – 20 minutes faster than walking. Air-filled tyres mean the Xiaomi M365 makes most surfaces feel silky smooth (remember to add tyre sealant to prevent punctures). An eco-mode makes your battery last longer, so you'll travel further on less power.

Warranty Info

What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?

The full scooter is covered including the electronics and battery, for 2 years from purchase

Who Is the Warranty Provider?

The warranty is backed by the manufacturer, Xiaomi, however the work is done by a partner based in the UK called SBE.

Wait for what? That it's illegal to use on public roads.

Who cares? I've had one for 6 months, ride it everywhere and never had any trouble with the law. I think if you don't ride like a d**k head you've got nothing to worry about

The fact they are in many other EU countries just suggests it's a matter of time...
Our government is behind on everything

Our Government still thinks Weed is a B drug and it's a "escape drug" which will lead you to do black tar heroin

Point is forget about the useless governments say so

I have been using my one for 2 years now not once have I ever been pulled over
According to that link the Warranty is void if it is ridden anywhere other than private land. Or in the rain. Not great then! Interestingly notes it can cover 2 miles in 8 minutes - that's a vast expanse of private land.

Have one. The range is pathetic. Just attempted tonight to cover my ~9 mile trip from full charge, but after about 7.5 miles, it's already on its last battery indicator LED, and it goes like crawling, which is pointless - why do I need it if it goes even slower than I can walk?

NINE. MILES.

Fair play to you for not driving that. I realise it's less than the claimed range but wow.

I want to comment on this.
Excellent price for m365. Might also want to add other scooters are also discounted heavily on the site.

Weird! I posted this deal 5hrs ago and it went into "moderation", then was told that it "breached hukd rules".
2nd time this has happened to me

Well done @mwl22 for sneaking this deal under the hukd moderators

No, they're really not.
I had a single wheel electric unicycle, never rode like a dick, 4 miles down the bypass to and from work using the cycle path. The police sent notices to my work asking who I was and that if they caught me on it they would take it and i wouldn't get it back because it wasn't licensed.

Maybe not. But think of how boring it would be without any boring comments for you to comment on, that would be boring for everyone and this thread would die of boredom.

"If they catch you". That's funny. Would they pursue you on foot, by car, or on horseback?

Sorry but this is 100% wrong. Scooters have become 98.7% legal since being championed on HUKD and featured in minor publications and the HOC

There is some "safety in numbers" with an electric scooter based on large numbers of users.
An electric unicycle is a bit more "notable"?

Sounds like they would ask your employer who you were, and once identified, they would go after you like any criminal.

You do no one any favours by encouraging them to think these are legal to ride in public. The vendors themselves have warned buyers that they are not.
I think they're great. Each time I see one illegally coming down the road (or pavement is even better) I step in front of them hoping for an 'accident'. The fact they're illegal is the best bit from my perspective. Where there's blame there's a claim 🤕

These have shoddy QA and build quality. Got one recently that got a flat tyre after 3 journeys. The supplied inner tube has a valve that is impossible to fit inside the wheel. Ridiculous design. The wheel itself has to be boiled or heated in microwave to even fit over. Absolute crap and not worth the hassle
Haven't used mine for 2 months. It's slippery outside and bare cold. You don't want to risk it.
Plus if you ride it on main road you will get scared of law and feel stupid.
Feel like selling mine

"Go after you like any criminal"... no need for concern then

Imagine being branded a criminal for an eco-friendly commute to work. I was in London at weekend and saw 3 people riding these, all riding safely. I was in Hamburg a few weeks ago and the entire city was full of them. As many others have said, UK law needs to be changed to allow public use, if done so safely.
I got the pro version for £363.40 from Gearbest if anyone is interested...

Voted hot though as from a UK seller

Yes, I would be mentally exhausted if trying to ride this for 9 miles. I find 3 miles is about my max.
Great device, been using for almost 2 years now.
Some tips:

* If you don't have solid tyres, make sure they are at a high pressure and put in that green slime stuff.
* Order spare inner tubes in advance- you will need them.
* Regularly tighten up the bolts, especially around the folding mechanism.
* Put some tape or shim in the folding mechanism to reduce wear (look online)
* Do not drive into curbs, or any drops/bumps at all really.
* Do not drive it fast passed any pedestrians, especially from behind. Best to dismount if near anyone in fact.
* Download the Android 'm365 tools' app
So tempted for a town commute as bus fares and parking fees are astronomical near me!
