Found this Xiaomi Mi 9 on the Gearbest app for £309.87 (not the Gearbest website) after nearly placing an order earlier today for the same model at just over £320.

It doesn't say that it's an app exclusive offer, but it is cheaper than the website.

Exactly the same phone but zero warranty if bought from China

I posted on another thread I've just upgraded to a 2nd hand Samsung Note 4.

I would honestly like to know what people think is a big upgrade from that given the following requirements:

Essential
Can't have a glass back, Must have SD expansion, Must have demonstrated strong offline GPS, Minimum of decent battery life

Strong Preference for
OLED screen, not having 18:9 kind of long thin aspect ratio, Having a removable battery.

Also have a preference for IR blaster and NFC and I don't give a monkeys about the camera and not too fussed about the speed of the CPU.

Before going Note 4 I considered and eventually ruled out on specs/used availability Huawei P9/P10 (sounded good but no good availability)the LG V20/G4/G5 (stability/longevity worries) and the Sony XZ and related phones (Batterylife sounds iffy).

Any suggestions? Any good Motorolas fit my requirements?

What's your budget?

What's your budget?

I probably wouldn't pay over 200 and preferably much less (I just paid a 100 for the mint Samsung Note 4, but am in need of another replacement with these requirements.). The budget is why I am generally looking at secondhand phones, along with the proliferation of glass backs in newer models.

Hmm shame you need NFC and an IR blaster as I'd say the poccofone

Have you looked at a 2nd hand Huawei P20 Pro? Ticks almost all the boxes!

I don't need NFC and IR at all, haven't looked particularly at the P20 Pro or Pocophone, but will now.

The Pocophone F1 looks pretty good, thanks for the recommendation - might be veering towards the too big territory..

The P20 Pro has a glass back which is something I really want to avoid.

Also, you could try the OnePlus 3T? Metal back, AMOLED display, type c, decent battery and 9.0 pie!

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd never really looked at,the Oneplus phones either and that looks suitable, though it lacks SD expansion so would have to be the 128GB version.
