6+128Gb version is only £246.99:eglobalcentraluk.com/xia…tml

Pay with a credit card or PayPal for the best cover. Gets sent from a EU-warehouse so usually nothing else to pay, delivered by courier & comes relatively quickly (6-10 days) if they have stock. Expect no warranty & replies can be slow.

As it's the global version, it includes band 20.

Full Specs: gsmarena.com/xia…EGC

UK warranty terms (probably not good enough in reality): eglobalcentraluk.com/war…tml

Beats the other current best deal by at least £15 & virtually nothing else to pay in terms of VAT/tax: Xiaomi Mi 9 SE 4G Phablet Global Version - Blue - £243.35 @ GearBest

What is the difference between Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE?

SoC is the main difference: upper-midrange SD712 in this vs top-of-the-line SD855 in the Mi 9.

Full specs differences (better cameras & larger battery too): gsmarena.com/com…507

Finally, larger screen in the Mi 9: phonearena.com/pho…078

I know! Under £20 for double the storage to 128Gb. Wish other phones did +64Gb for a paltry £20-30 more.
the warrenty terms sound like a bunch of scam artists, devaluation of 85 per month meaning if it blows at 11months you will get back £27 lol rip off

Although you are correct, I'd say the 6xx series is midrange. The 7xx is a weird almost-but-not-quite flagship SOC...

To be expected. Warranty from them or any other China based seller is pretty much non existent. Use PayPal for a 6 month buyer protection ( this is adequate for some as they swap their phone so frequently. Naming no names ) or a credit card for longer protection (s75).

Yeah, I think @Mrswitch makes a valid related point in another EGC thread: hotukdeals.com/com…256 - basically, a substantial saving (at least £150 here) outweighs the need for a warranty.

Quite true, it will devaluate quick.
Wish they stuck a 845 instead of 712 on this.
Nice specced phone. Latest chipset very much a cut above the long in the tooth SD636 at this level. Reasonable storage upgrade. Nice screen. Relatively compact size. Cheap headline price. Buy.
I'm sure it's pretty easy now days to include qi

This is basically how a warranty works. People usually confuse it with a guarantee.

They do work fundamentally differently. Most people don't understand that. With a warranty you usually pay!

I'm not sure what SoC stands for? System on chip?
Writing this on a mi 9 se that I got from eglobal. Fantastic phone, so happy with it. Took 7 days from order to delivery, so this time around I can't fault them.
Interested in this but how is the lockscreen notification? Are we able to view content or expand notification on lockscreen?
Great find ops !

It's nice to see that Xiaomi phones with NFC at a decent price point are becoming more of a norm. It is a that lets my pocophone down. Anyone any experience with gome btw?
Thanks for posting Crossbow! Went for one of these as it was a great deal. I wondered if anyone else had bought one and managed to get Barclaycard payments working, that's the only issue so far, other than that fantastic phone.
