AliExpress is one of the biggest online retailers in the world. They use Alipay which basically means the seller doesn’t get any money until you have confirmed to have received it in good condition. I don’t get why people are so scared of buying from China

So, out of the three companies that seem to pop up on here, who's the most trustworthy?

It's less than 270 on Gearbest at the moment with a code and no risk of customs charges as they re ship from a UK warehouse

I bought from all these sellers AliExpress, Gearbest and EGlobal and never had a problem with any of them, I suppose it's the luck of the draw with something coming from overseas as to whether it gets any interest from the customs department.

eGlobal have a habit of taking your order, doing nothing with it and when you chase them they say its out of stock, awaiting more. Happened 3 times to me now, that said when they do have stock I find they ship a lot from Europe now so delivery is often faster.

AliExpress always slow delivery for me, often with customs chages

Gearbest have improved a lot from the early days, better customer service and every recent order of mine has been in stock and delivered within a week or two. I once even managed to get a full refund on a phone that failed (bad overheating issue that melted the USB port!)

So i tend to go with Gearbest now unless eGlobal's price is really really keen....
Cool. Thanks for all the feedback guys. I've also been looking at online reviews for those companies and it seems that Gearbest comes out with the best feedback.

Also try banggood too. (No it's not a porn site lol) just like Ali express but maybe a pound or 2 more expensive

+1 for gearbest. Fast delivery of this phone and no customs. I have been charged with Ali.
With Aliexpress it depends on who your buying from as some ship/stock via EU and others just put cheap $15 mp3 player on the label
