That sounds like a Hermes issue
It's a lovely phone hermes tracking is a little bit of a let down paid more and am very happy.
Am considering getting this but never used eglobal before, what are the must do's? Presumably pay via PayPal but should I pay the extra delivery charge for insurance etc? Will I face customs charges?

On the excellent Disenchanted cartoon series by Matt Groenig theres a demon (Lucii) who encourages the princess into doing the wrong thing saying Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! Do it ! and I feel he's on my shoulder at the moment saying the same thing
UGH. So hard to resist, but I'm waiting to see Huawei announce a Mate 30 X next week.

Mate 30 X will not be announced next week.

That event is for the Mate 30 and 30 Pro.
Brilliant Phone hardware wise. Garbage phone os wise. My Mi 9 had status bar notification bugs where it hid the notifications behind a clock a couple of seconds after receiving them, wireless would remain connected but be dead, and the miui launcher is garbage. They actually supply the pocofone launcher on the play store, which to me speaks volumes as to what they think their miui launcher is like. I called support, they said we will be fixing all the bugs, please dont return. xiaomi global firmware is so shonky that their is an unofficial european website where they dissasemble the roms, fix them up and repackage them for the european market. i couldnt use it so i returned it. ive now got a one plus 7 and its amazing out the box. buyer beware.

I want to buy the Mate 30 Pro 5G as well . But I don't think they will cost £300 like this phone.
