Actually this got me thinking today......I bought my Mi 9T Pro from gearbest fully aware that my warranty was limited to shipping back to them if need be as it the case with all Chinashop phone purchases

So out of curiosity i contacted MI UK on their online chat and asked if my phone purchased from Gearbest would be covered under warranty in the UK by Xiaomi, the adviser asked for my IMEI number and to my surprise said that even though was purchased from a non MI UK approved reseller it was actually covered by MI UK warranty....

Now this surprised me as it was always one of the main reasons NOT to buy from China and pay extra for a UK supported phone....

Not sure whats changed? Maybe Xiaomi are being more flexible, maybe Gearbest are selling handsets intended for European distribution...whichever is the case its definitely worth checking your own Xiaomi handset

This is better than the Pocofone
What happened to the dhgate POCOPHONE deal? I ordered for my daughters Christmas as its disappeared. Should I worry was £145. New user vouchers on app. Paid in dollars
Heat for this deal though its the phone I got from here mine was red about month ago for £325 still loving the phone this is an excellent offer
In the market for a new phone. This seems very well priced. But, will next months Black Friday unveil further discounts than this

If I were you, I would cancel the order. Seller had low feedback and Mods removed post for that reason

In reality you are getting no warranty when buying from any Chinashop...

That said Gearbest did once give me a full refund for an overheating handset...took weeks of arguing though
Bought Airpods from eGlobal 2 weeks ago. Not delivered until this moment, i sent them emails they dont respond. Trying to get hold of their delivery company (Hermes) but got no where.

I guess I have to escalate it to Paypal to get my money back. AVOID eGlobal

Sometimes they are slow at delivering, it can be a hit and miss, ive bought a few items no problem, there will always be an issue for someone.

They already sent me an email with the delivery note through Hermes. Hermes website has minimal notes about failed delivery attempts. I tried to contact Hermes and eGlobal (via email as no other mean seem available) and both not responding.
At least I expect eGlobal to respond when there is delivery issues.

Again......

When Hermes send you an email that they intend to deliver they give you an option for
Nominated deliver to next door, or an alternate address on your road.
Drop off depots/ shops, so how is it you have not received or had missed deliveries?
Great price. Was going to buy last week. Glad I held out. Heat.

Yes, they sent an email they tried to deliver but i was home and nothing was delivered. I tried to contact them but no response. the tracker shows my item is due for another attempt for delivery but no 2nd attempt for more than a week now!
For an extra £60 direct from amazon for those a bit nervous about buying from China. Though not entirely certain what "world version" entails re warranty etc.

They probably dumped it on your doorstep and its gone. My wife works from home at the top of the house and twice this week with Hermes she has gone to the door and they have disappeared with the parcel on the step.

Mate - I have so much bad experience with these guys Hermes. Unfortunately many traders use them cause they are cheap. They let the buyers get the headache of their bad service.
I spoke to them this week several time and it feels like i am talking to robots. Today both my wife and I at home. So I was waiting for their delivery (for the 4th time) and guess what.. at 14:44 they updated their website that this was fail attempt to deliver!
I even have security camera for the front of my property. No one arrived.
I contacted eGlobal several time asking them to chase Hermes, but no response back

Not sure why people share deals for these crooks on this website. eGlobal is a fraud.

It happened to me as well.
But for this item in particular they couldnt because its signed for. So they have to find me and get my signature.
In today's case they updated the delivery time 3 times.. at the end they didnt deliver and on their tracker website they claimed it was another failed delivery. They will try to deliver again tomorrow! I wont be wasting another day waiting.. they can send it back and I want my money back. eGlobal never again. Shame people rave about them and their cheap prices!!!
