Also interested.

Excellent phone for the money, and it's just received the November Android security patches. I paid £160.00 for the phone and I was extremely happy with it. At this price it's one of the best phones you can buy.

£157 for 64gb version from same seller & using same code.

I didn't think there was a 32gb version

As mentioned on the previous Mi A1 32GB thread, there are multiple sellers who have recently listed this. Each seller has it clearly advertised as Mi A1 Global Version with Android One. So I highly doubt they're all incorrectly advertising a 32GB China Mi 5X instead, especially when they have separate listings for that model.

Geekbuying's Mi 5X listing<

Xiaomi Online Store
32GB Mi 5X<
32GB Mi A1<

HK Goldway
32GB Mi 5X<
32GB Mi A1<

Anyone else having trouble paying by credit card on geekbuying? 2 cards have failed and Barclays have no record of the transaction.

Found some evidence (besides Chinese seller listings) that the 32GB Mi A1 does exist. It's apparently sold in the 2 physical Mi Stores that Xiaomi recently opened in Madrid, but it's not shown/available on the Spain Mi site .

Here's a video< of someone visiting one of the Madrid Mi stores. At 5:55 he is looking at the Mi A1 spec/price tag, which shows the 32GB variant. Other visitors< have pointed it out too.

The China Mi 5X recently got "red special edition" colour but it seems that the Spain Mi A1 also has red colour option.

Thanks for clarifying and posting the video. The stores look great! very apple and easily replicated, hopefully UK next, North and South.
Thanks again.

It would make sense if Xiaomi set up shop here as they do make great phones and have a dedicated fan base. I hope they do as I'm a fan myself since buying the redmi note 4.

With that, expect a hike in the cost of their phones. It's what happened with OnePlus when they became more "official".

This or Redmi Note 4?

More official? They were valued at $45B at the beginning of the year, how much more official do you need?

What sort if taxes could I be looking at here?
