Shop Info:
Gearbest is an online shop founded in 2014, which actually specializes in technology, but also has fashion and co. in its repertoire. The shop belongs to the GlobaleGrew group just like Rosegal, Dresslily and co. and through the connections to GlobaleGrew also free shipping methods and also Priority Line are offered mostly without surcharge. The shipping itself is usually quite fast, but it can sometimes take a while until the goods are shipped - Gearbest. PayPal payment is possible. You can track your order via 1Tracking. Gearbest offers recently also products from own house, which should represent Xiaomi and co's competition. This includes storage media and tablets on the one hand, but also household appliances and e-scooters on the other. Not all of their products are of high quality, but in the field of technology you can expect quality. Guarantee is offered in theory. In the reality unfortunately somewhat differently - usually one gets the money after lengthy discussions again, but return shipment is possible by PayPal free of charge and also in the time of the PayPal buyer protection period you are in the safe range. If that wasn't clear until now: This is a China-Shop usually without fast shipping not to mention European law!

Mi Max 3 has a bigger Screen and Mi A2 a better processor. SD660 on Mi A2 vs SD636 on Mi Max 3
Better than the Honor Play??

Another phone with a tiny battery, so I'm not interested. But at least it's cheap.
Knowing nothing about phones.... just broken a screen on a Samsung s7..... this or get the s7 repaired which is about £70???
Ali Express is 4.56% on TopCashback, thought I'd say. And they are giving £3 more for Easter Weekend. Of course it depends on what website the user prefers but mentioned just incase you want to include it

I hear you but in reality battery life isn't bad at all; it runs on the 660 which is pretty economical. I've got the 128gb/6gb model and the battery lasts pretty much the whole day. This is a fantastic price and for that money I'd say snap one up if you don't need the processing power of the flagships. Absolutely stonking deal!
The only thing prevents me from buying is the warranty, Xiaomi UK won't cover phones bought from direct from China, anyone have an idea regarding this?
Thanks everyone

Agree it's still bigger battery then my old iPhone 6 and I think most models after that.

They won't. Closest thing you could get is paying via credit card for S75 or getting a Nationwide Flexplus account for the insurance.
How do I get this price mine comes £125
How does this compare to the RMN5 or 7
An ill-advised purchase in my experiewnce. Bought in the 11/11 sale, Gearbest. Handset stopped charging Early Feb, just after "3 months warranty" from Gearbest and Xiaomi telling me that they wouldn't support UK customers who hadn't bought from their own UK outlet.
Replaced battery to find new battery worked perfectly but could not receive charge. Either I suffered a known bug with the fingerprint sensor, which drains the battery and would no doubt degrade the lifespan of all connected hardware, or I got unlucky with 2 OEM batteries (which is highly doubtful).
Xiaomi rate in the top 3 for hardware faults on handsets, so take this "bargin" as you will and try and judge why it may have dropped in price so dramatically (It was over £150 a week ago)
NFC? If not, no interest from me.

I've been using Xiaomi since 2013 and haven't really had issues with hardware faults you describe.
Also I keep a eye on for parts or not working Xiaomi phones on eBay, at a guess there is about 10 listed each time I look,

So I'm a liar who didn't experience an item that expired in usefulness just after its warranty expired? Maybe check some actual sources for your data, rather than you toying around with eBay and you'll learn some actual facts. Just because YOU haven't experienced sh1t doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
Cracking deal. Sadly just bought this from John Lewis for £199 with 2 year guarantee. Comes with a nice little TPU case,
Dual sim, 4Gb, 64GB, 4000mA, Android Pie, metal back, Gorilla glass - what's not to like.
Truly amazing for £115 !!!
Had I seen this deal last week I'd have been tempted....

Get your screen replaced. Still a lot of mileage in the s7 and camera will kick this one into touch. NFC, better screen etc

Actually just recieved another today for the wife (her 2 year old oneplus x doesn't even last a day) which I got from eglobal in 5 days for £124

Do you think you're the book of all knowledge on these matters? I gave an opinion and an experience, are mine worth any less than yours or any others? Dismissive, egotistical attitudes like that do NOT assist people in making decisions on purchases. Hell, I don't want anyone else to lose the £100+ I've lost because of poor manufacturing choices, so why shouldn't I help someone who one has £120 to spend on a phone and don't want to just wipe their backsides with the notes.

True, however I've come from a xiaomi redmi note 4 (4100mah battery) to this (3000mah) & I struggled to get 2 days out of the redmi from day one. So for me something is working better in this phone. Would being android one be the cause?

My S7 has a cracked screen too. I lightly dropped it on the 2nd day and it smashed! A year on and many deadly drops later, it's as good as it was 363 days ago

keep in mind that there "may" be a cheaper google phone coming out in may as well (obviously doesnt solve your current issue + not sure what your budget is going to be + the timeframe for shipping a gphone could be june), but just thought to mention it.

I did see this phone in the xiaomi store and it is nice.. if you dont want to spend much, want to buy something that you can sell in a few months time and still get most of your money back, might as well consider it (that or a note 5 in a decent deal).
So many choices, I’m close to buying the F1 pocofone..

You guys think it’s worrh to pay more for the F1 or go for this?
