Good price, but boy these are holding value. Bought one (4/64) in gold for £123 in November from one of the big eBay sellers (MM?).

Wife loves it btw, but she is rinsing screen protectors!

Using one right now as well. Gotta say I'm impressed so far, especially with the battery life on this thing

Very good deal for a great value pure android phone.

With the release of the Mi A3 maybe there may well be a few more deals on the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite phones incoming.

I am sticking with my Mi A2 Lite for another year, the Mi A3 isn't a big step up for me.

Had mine since November, screen adjusts itself depending on the light and I've had no problems connecting to WiFi.
Bought for my mum for Christmas. She loves it, especially the battery life, lasts two days easily.
I really do believe Xiaomi are kings of value. If you like squeezing the maximum amount of quality out of every pound then Xiaomi should be your go to.

The mi A2 lite probably the most performance you're going to get out of this price. I'd buy it if I didn't already have a pocophone.

How bright do you need a screen to be? Mine is fine on the brightest of days.

I couldn't agree with you more, as I've bought a few Xiaomi phone's in the past too, and to say they're all loved the same way, is an understatement, lol. :-)

Isnt the Mi A3 only a 720p screen where this is a 1080p
Best battery on any smart phone I've ever owned.

I am not sure, but I think so (not a techie at all, but the screen is nice on the Mi A2 Lite)
Great phone, but double tap wake is dangerous, can send spurious messages when in your pocket, and AFAIK can't be turned off!

Odd. You can certainly turn that off on a Pocophone

We have 4 smartphones, including 2 Xiaomis - the A2 has the darkest screen. Its usable but needs to be manually adjusted where our other phones dont. Like any budget phone it's not perfect. I personally wouldn't buy another. Glad you like yours.
Cheers OP , ordered the blue one!
Good phone and price. By the way, has anyone found a decent screen protector? Do you use one which stops before the curved glass edges or does it wrap around?
Great price, and ordered. Thanks OP

I read about this is the past, there is 2 types of screens on the A2 Lite, one of them does double tap, the other not.

Pocophone F1 also suffers from poor wi-fi connectivity unless signal is srtong, I wonder if this is inherent in Xiaomi phones?
Paid £189 for this a year ago and have not regretted it. Great battery life!

Mine doesn't do that.
Is the Lite the "Beefier" version of the A2?

I have the A2 but would not rave about battery performance.

As above, 2 different versions, darn annoying

My girlfriends dad has the same problem with his but I got him a folding case that covers the screen so that's fixed the issue. Not ideal though as it does add some bulk to the phone

Considered that, but now turn screen face out when in pocket which seems to have stopped it

Screen adaptive brightness is a bit low but easy to lighten. And the battery's good. wifi does tend to go up and down but works when needed and doesn't impact majorly on data usage. Great price.
Bought this overseas when my Lenovo died. Intended to buy something more.mid range back in the UK but so happy with it, didn't bother. Got the global version. 2 Sims + sd, great battery android one. This is a great.deal.
Stonking deal!

Technically, no. The A2 has a marginally faster processor, graphics chip, etc., but the A2 Lite has a 4000mAh battery whereas the A2 has a 3100mAh (I think).

I purchased the 3/32GB version of this after I dropped my Redmi Note 5 and shattered the screen after only having it for 4 months.

This is worth it for the pure Android experience imho. Uograded to Android 9 Pie straight away and have had multiple security updates already.
Been using this phone for about a year now....I'm not tech savvy, but previously had an Samsung S6 Edge and I have never regretted buying this phone.
Does everything the Samsung ever did. Battery life is really good! WiFi no problems. Streams everything I need it too.

Awesome!
