I'd get that A3! Lol! I want one but might need 3 (one for my partner and my kid too) so just gonna get them on 11/11 or black Friday.

I have the A1 and it's a beauty. Cracking battery. Lasts all day with ease. And near constant use too. Software isn't laggy at all. And talk about being a brick in the best way.... It's thrown around a lot. Dropped onto concrete.... Took a good 20 months to crack the screen. Every other phone I've owned has cracked in a month or two, tops.

My son's A1 got dropped down two flights of stairs on to concrete and survived.

Mine fell in the bath! And I whipped it out immediately. And it survived...

They're fantastic!

If your main feature is battery life, then the moto is for you, everything else I'd go this.

Like ive said before there are 11 xiaomi phones in my extended family (all bought on my recommendation), some over 2 years old and not one problem has arisen with any of them. Very well built and ultra reliable phones.

Yes it is hands down (thanks to Android One) but you don't get with this a proper, 1-2 year warranty from manufacturer/seller.

Apart from bigger battery, that's something to consider too. If intended recipient not very demanding with his/her use (gaming, multitasking, binge video watching/recording/taking pictures), Moto might just cut it in performance. A heavy user/photo lover though would take more advantage of this.

I just highlighted it coz you had mentioned previously that it's around £25 stretch than the A3. So I thought around the 140 mark.

No, I meant £25 over your £150 budget. The A3 is decent enough, but this Mi 9 Lite is really it's big brother. In China they are called CC9e and CC9

@MrSwitch may be best placed to answer that question, although probably not far wrong on that list. More megapixels doesn't necessarily mean better pictures, the camera sensor and the software are arguably more important. I'm still ordering the Mi 9 Lite for my Christmas tho, sadly both my boys want it too now! Making them sell their existing phones on eBay tho

According to the scientists over at Reddit. What?? I think she's talking rubbish. I've seen it, and it's definitely not as good as a 1080p screen, but it's still an excellent phone with excellent qualities especially at the £108 price! The screen will be fine for most, unless you are really picky I'd say. If you want a better screen then go for its big brother, the Mi 9 Lite

People are voting with their wallets, its why its now selling for almost half price after only 4 months.. I don't see anything else wrong with the phone..

Yup.

Mi 9 Lite 128gb has just gone up in price! Discount code doesn't work anymore, because it's already in the 11.11 'sale' apparently
